We've had a fabulous experience throughout with OKA and especially Leah, the Interior designer based at Redbrick. She has helped us design three rooms in our home and encouraged us out of our comfort zones when it came to colours and patterns. Any items we were unsure about, were relooked at and she gave us options within our budget. I'm amazed that this is a free service and highly recommend people to try it. We love the results. Delivery was also on time and friendly.

Called at red brick to pick a picture…
Called at red brick to pick a picture up. Misinterpreted and I, along with a friend, spent nearly 2 hours in the shop.
Leah the shop assistant was an absolute star. She never pressured us to buy anything, yet helped with anything she could. She was very attentive ,yet not intrusive. She made us feel welcome and even gave my dog a treat.
I would also like to mention on a previous occasion while shopping at your redbrick store, a lady named Louise was also a pleasure. She was one of the reasons we came back for a second spree.
Ive always ordered online at oka, but i will definitely shop in the store in future.
The staff make a extremely huge difference to your experience and these two ladies have customer service expertise of to a fine art..

Joyful shopping experience
Staff acknowledged us straight away and were keen to help without being pushy. They were knowledgeable about the products and very personable. Leah even gave us tourist advice about Leeds. Shopping was a joy!

Helpful and courteous customer service with lovely range of products.
The lady at Red Brick Mill, Batley was very helpful. She allowed me to browse but answered my questions and helped my decision making. She was not pushy in any way, did not make me feel uncomfortable for requiring time to think. The lampshade is just right and good quality. I appreciated the option to be able to return it though if it was not right in my home setting.

Elegant candle holder
Bought a beautiful candle inside a ginger jar very beautiful and well made. The candle smells divine. There are 4 different fragrances each with their own Color ginger jar and they come in 2 sizes. I bought mine at the shop. Wonderful customer service from the lady who served me. I will definitely be buying the other fragrances.
