OKA products never disappoint. I was looking for a specific size and colour of cushion and throws on Monday for my newly refurbished study, I was very impressed with the service I got from one of your ladies called Samantha, she was very friendly and knowledgeable and incredibly helpful I need to bring my sister in next week too as she’s looking for soft furnishings as well. Purdy Lamp with striped shade
Love the lamp we purchased but we were disappointed by the position of the shop in Sunninghill. We travelled an hour to get there as we were unable to buy in our local Marlow store or online. However, although we struggled to find the shop and park, we are pleased with our purchase.

Love the quality and variety of OKA products
I have used OKA for accessories and rugs to complete my home. However I did end up buying a sofa and chair as I just fell in love with a couple of pieces. I love the quality and variety of their products and have always had helpful, polite service from any of the ladies who have assisted me.

All my experiences have been good but the lady in the Sunninghill location was particularly helpful in assisting me with selecting cushions without a photo of my sofa. The cushions are perfect and look lovely!

Brilliant service from the Sunninghill team. AIT the outsourced delivery company were terrible.
Helpful and efficient service by the Sunninghill store. Did some measurements of the sideboard for us over the phone and then we ordered it straightaway last Friday and it was delivered the following day. Brilliant. It was a sale item and we are delighted with it. As always.
Just one thing to add. The delivery by AIT was appalling. We’ve had lots of deliveries from OKA over the years by their dedicated team and it was always superb - friendly and authentic white glove service. The AIT team, to whom I assume OKA have outsourced their deliveries now, were rude and slapdash. Including effing out loud, chucking stuff around. Grim. White glove it was not.
But thank you OKA for your usual excellent service and products.

Great store!
Great store! Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had been searching for a lampshade for a vase I already had; for me, the whole experience was stress free and such a joy.
I definitely recommend this place and will be returning.
