Exceptional Customer Service
Contacted store because items were not available online but using the OKA website was able to find what I was looking for within a physical store. Contacted Store directly & placed my order, delivered quickly without any fuss. Customer Service & knowledge exceptional, payment taken securely & items delivered via DPD Couriers with Tracking References. All Stores are located in England with a new store launch in Leeds. Store in Wales would be most appreciated.

Good experience
I went to my local branch to purchase cushions, where there was a large selection to choose from. The staff were helpful but not intrusive. After I made my purchase, the salesperson demonstrated how to place the cushion pad into the cover m, which was helpful.

Brilliant Service Wonderful Product
Andrea at Sunninghill was so helpful, sale stock had run out but she found the item I wished to order and it arrived the very next day even though I then added something to the order a little later.
And the lampshade, colour pattern and size just right with Andrea's help

Best service, styling and product
I have never received such a warm, processional, highly skilled and helpful service as the one provided by Laura at the Sunninghill store. I came in for a lampshade and left with seamlessly designed look consisting of a lovely carpet, floor lamp and cushions. I cannot be more grateful for her efforts in putting different looks together based on details I liked - she really went above and beyond saving me a full interior design service appointment, she’s so talented and truly invested in delivering a great experience .. thank you - I’ll make an effort to come back to the store.
