I received my order quickly
I received my order quickly, nicely packaged and complete instructions on how to use the product. Unfortunately, I didn't have the results that I had hoped for. When I requested a refund, there was no hesitation. They promptly (within about an hour) sent me an email stating that a full refund should be received in a few days. They were wonderful to deal with. *****5 STARS FOR ALL !*****

Great product
First, the product is lovely, very hydrating and a non irritating and my face and neck soak it up.
When I first ordered, I didn’t realize I was on a subscription program. I got a message that my order was being refilled, and I reached out and ask if it could be cancelled. I have a full jar unopened and half of one left. It is very rich and a small amount goes a long way. Dan quickly responded and was most helpful. No shame and very understanding about not needing more.
He made an offer I couldn’t refuse.
Thanks Dan for the quick response, you are a credit to the company and deserve a healthy raise. 😍

Olavita responded honorably and with grace to my complaint
I put in a complaint and within a VERY short time I received a response from Mr Dan Matthew. My complaint was that I had been misled by a follow-up advertisement about buying more products , along with a warning that to log off before the advertisment had finished could cause problems with the purchase I had made. So I watched the full advertisement, which led to me inadverently purchase more products than I had wanted to buy. I complained that I had been mislead and deceived. Mr Dan Matthew responded to my complaint with an apology and with the acceptance of my request for a refund of the extra money. I think that through Mr Matthew, Olavita has responded honourably and with grace, for which I am very grateful.

Prompt Service on duplicate order

I am SO impressed with Olavita! I placed an order for their face cream, but somehow got it all wrong!! Today I received confirmation of my order, and was truly horrified at what it showed!! I immediately emailed the company, explained my mistake and distress, and requested a cancellation. I was stunned to receive an immediate, caring response from a lovely guy called Dan, who immediately cancelled my order and issued a refund!! Incredible!! I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be placing another .. this time correct ... order, asap!!
