Great customer support
The love the Olavitaskin product but accidentally enrolled in a reoccurring order plan. I contacted customer support and Sophie handled my concern immediately. Canceled the subscription and also refunded the order that caused me to realize there was a problem. I hadn’t even ask for that. Sophie was just wonderful. Many thanks

After trying your product
After trying your product, I determined that it was not effective for me. I wrote to you in March asking to cancel any further shipments. Several of your associates responded with alternate solutions (i.e.: suspend shipments for a time, extend frequency intervals). As your product did not work for me, I was not interested in alternate solutions. I was told that I could manage my account in their new portal. Again, not interested as my request to cancel any additional shipments predated your portal.
Ultimately, when I requested shipments be terminated ( in July) as per my March email, a refund for The July shipment was granted. I needed to follow that up with the request to process all refunds beginning at the point I originally asked to cancel this account.
I can report now that all the refunds have been processed.
My interactions with your company have been disappointing and frustrating. I awarded 3 stars because my refund was finally secured.
The associates that participated in my experience were Sophie and Artion. I suspect they were following company practices.

Anxious to try the product
I wanted to try the product, but did not want a subscription until I had given it time. Waited a few days after the item was on the way and cancelled the subscription. I was immediately contacted (really nicely) saying my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded. Great customer service!

Sophie, the customer care representative, speedily responded to my email requesting a refund -- and by speedily, I mean within five minutes. Exceptional Holiday Weekend Customer Service
During a 2 day holiday weekend sale, I was trying to process an order with about 8 hours left on the sale. Unfortunately, my Paypal payment was not processing to completion. After several attempts and 2 hours later, I was getting anxious that i was not going to have my purchase complete. I sent a text to customer service who responded within a few minutes. They provided a suggestion to delete my “cache” and cookies which did not fix the problem. They then offered to draft an invoice and email it ti me, at ehich time i could process it with my choice of payments provided. Worked like a charm!!!
All was taken care of prior to the sale expiration after the sale after contacting customer service.
