From our initial meeting with Oliver—whose advice to use the guide price strategy on Rightmove was absolutely spot on—to Mel and Vicky, who were fantastic with viewings and kept us consistently informed throughout the whole process. The communication and support have been outstanding. Aimee was excellent too progressing our sale and keeping us updated on our purchase liaising with solicitors.

Incredibly efficient in selling my mother's bungalow. I didn't even have to put it on the market! They very kindly did a valuation for probate and from that recommended the property to one of their clients who they thought might be interested and it sold within the day!

Consider very carefully before choosing to use this estate agent. Send a Rightmove message (which puts your status as a buyer, address, contact details) and be led a merry-go-round of calls to verify those details. Which the caller is not aware of. Despite them being on the enquiry...
I prefer the more professional, quicker, more efficient method of reading messages, responding, getting things done.

Answer: when they declare at the point of ready to exchange, your “first time buyer” has a house to sell (back to their housing association).
Sarah, Mel, Oliver and the team at Oliver Reilly have been outstanding. You simply couldn’t ask for more determination, professionalism and tenacity to see my house sale over the line. And they did.
