This is a scam! I bought a dress that looked lovely and was sent something totally different - cheap a nasty fabric and a terrible fit. Tried to get a return address but have had no response.

Scam site. Not to be trusted

I eventually received a poor polyester equivalent to the wool sweater advertised, which I had paid for. There was no confirmation, and when I tried to contact the no given it was not one for this boutique. Looking online I discovered that this is apparently a scam and has been "marketing" since May 2025. The bank acct where my money disappeared into had NI at the end, ironically Northern Ireland which is where I come from. From my experience of this company, I would never venture there again.

How does one contact this Company? I want to return a garment and have emailed several times for Return Form but have had no response. Is this Company a scam?.

They can improve by telling us the customer the truth. It was made to look like my parcel was coming from nz when it wasn't, it came from china. Said my shirt was over $200 reduced to $79 ,took 18 days to get to me, tracking was all rubbish, tracking tells me my parcel is at auck airport still. Very cheap material and would never have been worth over $200 ,I'm having a fit at $79 but no returns on sale items. Well you won't hear from me ever again

DO NOT USE this company. Doubled my order and charged me for it, tried many avenues of contact and strangely NO ANSWER ANYWHERE. Also the ads immediately disappeared from my feed (very dodgy). To make matters worse, the product was NOT as advertised and extremely poor quality. I guess a temu scam.

Wrong sized dress sent. Couldn't get any resolution at all with them.

I wish I had read theses reviews before a bought 2 dresses from god knows where. Terrible fabric, terrible fit, terrible service, no way to return.. have lost my $$$

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! The quality of the clothing is nothing like what you see in the pictures! Cheap material, badly made.

Fake website. I have reported them to the Commerce Commision and Netsafe. Also I've let my bank know so they can work with the credit card companies to revoke there Merchant account. Don't use them.

Wow do not buy from this site. It is a fake place. Clothes are bad quality nothing like photos. Can’t return them so waste of money for sure! Have emailed several times asking where’s my order no reply. Clothes have no tag on them which is wrong!! Beware!!

I ordered three items as I saw good reviews online. However, it is cheap material. My 'linen' dress is polyester and spandex and looks nothing like what was ordered. The website says '100% guarantee' but when I go to organise a return, another page says 'not for sale products' DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

This is a fake website purporting to be in Wellington, New Zealand. In their about us section it states they are located at 98 Customhouse Key with a fake picture of their store. This is a heritage building and their pic looks nothing like the real building. Buyer beware - this is another Chinese scam selling cheap knock offs that ship from China. There is no such store in New Zealand. Trust me I live here!
