The product quality is nothing short of rubbish, nothing like the pictures shown. I have attampted to contact to request my money back however I think I have been blocked as my messages are coming back to me. It's a major scam!!

I would rate negative stars if I could. Do not purchase from this company, clothes sourced from factory in China - worse quality than Temu. Only way for full refund is to return to china at your cost. They will offer you 40% refund - it's the best you will get. Tried Visa dispute with no luck even though they misrepresented themselves. Items took a month a to arrive and were complete rubbish.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Bought a dress. When delivered it was the wrong colour and the design was not as depicted in the photo. I emailed a complaint and they have not responded. Give this outlet a wide berth. They take your money and run.

The blouses did arrive quickly, in around 2.5 weeks and looked the same as the photos. Luckily I ordered a M when usually Im a S so they only just fit. They are not breathable as made of polyester. Certainly not worth the $90 each. The tracking said it was delivered 27th March but it didnt arrive until the 31st. When I tried to email them which worked the first time it failed the next time and said the email address was incorrect. I am very surprised the website is allowed when they are not in NZ but based in China where the tag says theyre made. Definitely a scam. Once I ordered the products which were showing on my phone many times a day, these ads just stopped. I assume because theyve got me so wont advertise again via IA. There are a lot of false stores cruising around NZ via our phones.

Total sham business. Not NZ at all. Did send products (from China) and poor quality - not at all the 100%cotton that was advertised. When I complained about slow delivery, I then had my email blocked (so I can’t arrange for a return). Will be asking bank for a charge back.

The website presents itself as a New Zealand boutique with a “30-day money-back guarantee” and “easy returns,” but this is not the reality.

The item I received was poor quality, the colour was not as advertised, and the sizing was incorrect. When I requested a return, I was told the item would need to be shipped to China at my own expense, with high shipping and customs costs. This was not made clear at the time of purchase and makes the so-called “easy returns” misleading.

Communication was extremely frustrating. I received repeated generic responses that did not address my request, and when I pushed for a resolution, the customer service email became unreachable. I have now requested a chargeback from my bank.

Overall, this was a very poor and misleading experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and purchase from a retailer with transparent policies and accessible customer service.

Disgusting don't shop here it is a Chinese business. Poor quality no tags polyester (yuk) and the sizing is crap.Temu is better.Just a scam. Waiting for a refund haha. I am not shipping back to China. Don't use this website

Did not deliver what is “shown” on their website. Cheap fabrics and misrepresented (via technology making materials seem luxurious - just drab pale stretch knit . Lesson learnt NEVER buy from here .

Do not order from the this company, name sounds good, beachy and fun, but believe me it's all a load of rubbish.
Just received my order today and it will be going straight to second hand shop.
Expensive , extremely poor quality, and sizing so not right.

Oh here we go again, I’ve been scammed to, ordered3 garment, a dress not the same colour as on website, trousers that said 100% polyester, and a bra that was laughable, same problem as all you ladies, so cross with myself for getting sucked in, next time I will check with Trustpilot before buying any clothes on line.

Like others I would score this site 0 if I could. I should have known better, a Facebook link selling front fastening bra's that looked great. 30 day money back guarantee etc etc. No reference to their terms and conditions, that intimate items could be returned, even though that was the only item in this link. I made many inquiries, hoping to be able to do something, but buyer beware. Best advice, if you want to buy, go out of the link and search for their website and/or reviews for them.

Like a previous reviewer, if I could give a negative review I would. Lesson learned here is check Trustpilot before ordering online. Garments don't fit, instructions to remove a dress ordered twice in error ignored, instructions to change size of a top ignored, material poor quality, has no tie to Waiheke that i can see. I could go on but you get the gist.

long delay in receipt then when got to the point of complaints the item turned up the next day. very poor quality, poor fit, no shipping documents and no return information. when wanting the '30 day guaranteed refund' they said I would have to spend over $100 in shipping and customs back to China. or would give me 25% back in cash now. definitely a rip off.
Update: they offered me 30% refund then blocked me from their email address.

Took a mth to get to me ,cheap fabric and only one article from 5 was only passible 2 of the dresses look nothing like i ordered and their email address is not nz all nz emails end in .co.nz not just nz and I live in auckland and they have definitely not been going 22yrs as im right up with fashion and never heard of them till this yr

Delivery took a very a long time. Bra was not true to size and material was flimsy. Could have bought the bra on Temu at less than half the price Waihere Boutique charge and believe they ordered it on Temu and passed it on. Very disappointed.

False advertising claiming easy returns with money back guarantee. Sizing all wrong and returns cost more than the garment because company is based in China even though it says Waiheke Boutique NZ.

A 10% refund was offered or credit to buy something else which is an obvious no go.
The company has no integrity and the purchase is simply a trap or scam because they know you won’t send the clothing back to them but they have your money!

If it was possible to give a minus 5 this would be it! Sizing is a joke - a shirt too big and a dress too small - both of which were supposedly medium. The breathable fabric felt like putting on a plastic bag. And the styles looking nothing like the pictures! A very disappointing experience, confirming that we should be supporting the shop-front retailer and avoiding deceptive on-line sales.
