I would’ve completely ordered the wrong size but their consultants touched based and corrected this right away before anything was done with the order. Shipping was fairly quick, got a video of the dress before shipping which was a nice touch. Dress arrived true to size and in perfect condition. No alterations were needed.

I was nervous to order my wedding dress online but I couldn’t find the perfect option in person so I took a chance… I am so glad I did! The team at Olivia Bottega were super helpful and responsive through the entire process. I even requested a detachable skirt so I could have two dresses in one, and it came out just like I imagined! The fit was pretty darn perfect too. I only had to alter the shoulders a smidge, and that was out of my personal preference, although it would have been fine without the alterations.

Dream dress
Ordered my dress online using my measurements and, when it came, it fit perfectly and looked even better than I ever thought it would. It was my dream dress and I didn’t try on any wedding dresses at all before I bought it because I knew from first sight that it was my dress plus it was way less expensive than what I expected.

I highly recommend Olivia Bottega. The dress quality is superb and my customer experience has been great. Communication is fast and clear. So is the delivery. I waited a while before I looked for my wedding dress for our intimate church wedding, and I'm glad to have stumbled upon Olivia Bottega online. The price is a little more that the other online dresses I found, but still cheaper than the ones in other boutiques. I think it was my perfect find and I still plan to use it in our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration.

The SPARKLIEST DRESS in existence!
I was hesitant to buy a wedding dress online, but the glittery sparkliness of the dress made me get it. It was the best decision I've made! The dress fits perfectly, and because of the way the back is fastened, it has a bit of a give. When I took it for alteration, the only thing that needed to be done was to shorten the length a smidge. The dress is perfection and worth every penny. Absolutely in love with it!

the dress was pretty, but the customer service was bad. They explain everything unclear and unprofessionally. So I had so many confusion and headache dealing with the customer service. Never gonna recomend this brand to my friends or family. Or I would buy the product from third party.

Loved every step of the process. I got my dress customised and received a lot of help from my personal consultant about the sizing and measurements. The dress was finished earlier than expected and came in protective packaging. The dress is beautiful, well made, and made from high quality fabrics. Everyone loved it.

Dress made with loose glitter
The dress is pretty but I thought the fabric would be sparkly, instead loose glitter falls off of the dress all over the place.

Regarding the glitter, I would like to share the following:
We actually use very expensive and very good quality glitters.The glitter coming off is a normal process though.
These fabrics will shed off the glitter more while they are not worn yet and less, but still shed it moderately even when they are not so new anymore.
Luckily this does not have any impact on how the dress/or fabric looks like. It continues to sparkle and shine all the same!
To reduce the shedding, you can shake the dress first, then steam it professionally.
