I am out $300 and trying to return and having all the same issues Everyone below is having. How much will it cost to ship five items to China and even if I do, will they ever give me my money back? Or do I have to report it as fraud on my credit card like someone mentioned below.

Worst material and product ever seen. The item was not a hooded sweater but instead an image of a sweater on horrible fabric. Returning the product is on my dime to China. I cannot get a pre-paid return label. I can get credit for something else but this item is so nasty, I can’t imagine the next would be worth it. Do not fall for this company.

Fraudulent website with painted clothing

Items that arrived are not visually the same as the images of the items on the website. One item is supposed to be a hooded sweater, but it's a cheap hoodie with a sweater "printed" on it. The other item is supposed to be a nice fall sweater but the colors that arrived are bright and childish. Be careful, price is not worth the old switcheroo. They are making it extremely difficult for me to return the items, insisting on a photo of what I received. I have a feeling this will be a loss on my end.

Everything looked great on the website. The sweater looked like a true knit sweater. It was like a T-shirt print. I got earrings that were supposed to be pearls. They were cheap plastic garbage. Do not buy anything from this company. It probably took them $.50 to make what they sold me for $130.

The "knit Sweater" is actually a shirt that has been spray painted to look like it is a knit sweater. Very disappointed.

one of the sweaters was an actual knitted sweater. the other one was not. it was a painted sweatshirt. do not order anything from this company. they offered to replace with another item and pay an additional $9.95 shipping. i decided to learn a moderately priced lesson and not order anything else and to check trust pilot before ordering anything advertised on fb and ig. it's a shame because the items advertised are cute and at least one of them that i received was a good sweater. be warned.

Absolutely awful and, by the looks of the other reviews (which I wish I'd read before ordering), a common concern. Crap products, couldn't even get my head through the 2 turtleneck openings and not even close to how lovely they looked online. Got the same return policy as others when e-mailed their info e-mail and then, as I complained, they upped to $20% money back without return (which would have cost me $116). With the $15 they take off, the 20% was better than nothing.
Also, beware, there are other companies on Facebook that carry the same exact looking clothes so think this company has multiple "store names" - all made to look as U.S. and family-owned...
Never again, so disappointing!

The item I received was a far cry from what was advertised. When i tried to return it, i was informed it was not possible because i received exactly what I ordered. But I could return it for a replacement product, for a restocking fee and shipping.
This has turned into a moderately priced lesson in checking every site independently before ordering. Thanks Instagram

Just terrible. Very poor quality sweaters that needed to be returned. BEWARE: they charge you $15 for each return AND they make you pay for your return. Garbage product, garbage customer service. 1/10

Scam site from a company in China. Sweater was poor quality, and when we asked to return we were told to ship it to a person in China. No shipping label provided. The sweater had a handmade look to it with no tag/branding.

Total trash. Claims to be an American company - their crap was sent straight from a china warehouse and was an obvious fraud. Nothing like the pictured items. Shipping the crap back to china was too expensive to bother.

Total Scam. Looks like it's in the US but it's really in China. I would not be surprised the 3 blond ladies in the photo or the store front are stock photos. I had to return everything. Everything is tighter than 2x should be. I wear XL and thought 2x would be nice and roomy. NOPE. One sweater is not even a sweater. It's a print of a sweater on a hooded shirt. I was so looking forward to all of the clothes because it's so hard to find things I like and now i'm just disappointed. Three black shirts are the exact same even though they were under different names and SKUs. They assured me that the shirts were different. NOPE. They were badly sewn. No labels. To return you have to send everything back to China and they are betting that you won't pay that amount. I am not going to demand a refund without returning the merchandise so I shipped it back. It cost about $100 to ship via USPS. I had to report the fraudulent transaction to my account to get a refund. It's terrible that facebook and instagram keep allowing fraudulent companies like this to run ads. No one can trust any ads from now on without doing a ton of research.

This what they offered:

10% partial refund if you’d like to keep the items,
50% store credit for future purchases, or
100% refund once the items are returned to us.

Then resorted to:
20% partial refund to keep the items, or
75% store credit for future purchases, or
100% refund once the return is received.

I can hardly give even one star to this fake, scamming company with cheap toxic materials, fake ads on instagram and garbage products sent from China, long wait till the package arrived, only to lose $116 later, needless to say I’m angry! The company markets itself as American, however, that’s a major lie and a scam. Save your money and DON’T buy anything on this site.

Scam! Do not buy from this company. I ordered one sweater and it came with actual holes where the buttonholes were supposed to be. They offered to send a different sweater as a replacement which was worse than the first one. Everything comes from China. Do not be fooled by the nice website and the smiling picture of three generations of an American family. It is all fake. Even their so called Customer Service persons have American names and answer your emails promptly with correct English, so it is understandable why people think they are dealing with an American company. You are not. I cannot post photos here but trust me you are throwing your money away if you order from this scam company.

This is a company based in China. Their garments are terrible quality. Their return policy is awful. DO NOT order from them !!

I ordered a pair of boots that were suppose to be distressed leather. They were not, they were vinyl. Shipped from China in a plastic bag. $79.97 for junk that I can't return. They keep giving me the runaround saying they sent the return address but they can't provide me with a return label. This site is a scam site. Do not order ANYTHING from them. I can't even sell the boots to anyone because they are of such poor quality. One minute they say that it will cost $15.00 to return. Fine, but they won't send a label or a return address.

The shoes are incredibly poorly made and run about 3 sizes too small. The jewelry looks nothing like what is on the website. when you want to return, they give you the run around repeatedly. SCAM.

If I could give this a - star rating I would. Definitely a scam don't buy anything from them or any other that are similar to their products. They are all the same scam. Olivia Westwood boutique is not family owned and everything comes from China. Super cheap and crappie material. They say their products are leather and they are not. Now I'm pissed because they take 15$ from each item returned. I ordered 3 items and now have to pay them to take them back. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
