Good quality and service - shame about the delivery charges!
Delivery charge is very high compared to all of our other suppliers, and despatch was not same business day, but day following, Nonetheless good quality and service.
Edit 11/07/2024: Here we are almost 5 years later, and sad to say, the delivery charge has got worse. Now an astonishing £15.00 + VAT for a single smallish item. Free delivery over £500, apparently, but otherwise Olson are treating the delivery charge as a profit making exercise, whereas it should be a service - it's getting their products to a customer who has already given the profit margin by buying the product. Making a profit on delivery is reprehensible. As we deal with deliveries by most couriers, from a number of suppliers on a daily basis, I can say with hand on heart that Olson's staggering delivery charge is the highest, for such items, that I have ever encountered. Such a shame, as the products are first class, but such charges will certainly make us wary of future purchases.

We’ve investigated why your order was not shipped the same day; this is due to the order being received after the 2PM cut-off; currently we cannot guarantee orders on a next day service if received after 2PM! We’re looking into the options of extending this facility.
