Hard To Find Records Avis 

I've ordered from htfr several times and have always found them to deliver very quickly. The records are well packed and have always been as described. Records and sleeves are accurately graded. They always have kept me updated. A very reliable service which I will continue to use.

Sent the wrong record !!! But in fairness refunded me ! But that wasn’t the point I had no explanation from them so not good in my opinion

Records were in good condition and as described although they were very dusty and could have done with a wipe before being packaged for delivery. Nothing that 5 seconds with a micro fibre cloth wouldn’t have fixed.

Very quick service, arrived earlier than expected

I had ordered vinyl "Barbra Streisand and other musical instruments" 1973 from eBay as it was advertised as an import, the difference being UK stock having yellow lettering and US and other countries having white lettering , photo showing white on advert , this may sound trivial but to a collector it's not
That being said , the vinyl was in prestine condition so I left a positive feedback but stating the error and claiming I would be more than happy to make a swap for the one I had actually ordered . There has been no response so clearly they don't look at feedback. Disappointed to receive UK version that I already have , it would be great if they could contact me to rectify THEIR mistake

10/10: Flawless order processing, got them all 19 vinyl in five days

7/10: Even when sticker said Disc I, you guys delivered me Disc 2 from Attica feat Kirsty Hoiles 'Cyber Girl'. Hopefully Disc I will be available on the next order (can't state that for sure, though)
