Pooky lantern
The Pooky light I wanted was out of stock on the Pooky website so was really pleased to find it on Ombra lighting. Ombra lighting got in touch to let me know it would be a few weeks and the light arrived as expected. Very happy with the purchase and customer service.

Highly recommend
Exceptional customer service and great range of products. When there was a problem (not of Ombra's making) with the supply, they went out of their way to sort it out and to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. Very quick responses too.

Great quality products and customer service
Recently purchased a Pooky Carrington pendant light. I was kept updated on the dispatch and the light arrived in 2 days from ordering. Really impressed with the light and with the customer service. It looks great on my landing as a feature light above the stairs. Will definitely shop with you again. Thankyou

Excellent service. I wasn’t in for the delivery and they actually emailed me to say it had been left at my local post office, I thought it was a lovely personal touch. The product was sent so quickly and I am very happy with it. Thanks Ombra!
