Very good service overall. The customer service team were quick to help, polite throughout, and kindly allowed me to return an item even after the 14-day window because I had been away on holiday and missed it, which I was very grateful for. My only criticism is the return cost... the product was around £72.99, but it cost £14.99 to send back, which feels quite excessive.

Jake at Ombra was great, I am based in the UAE. He was very responsive , precise and pricing was very competitive. The Llardo figurines arrived as promised. Great experience, I can highly recommend Ombra Lighting.

Had to return my order as the lamp was damaged. However this was the fault of the supplier and not this company. The communication, helpfulness and courtesy has been exceptional.

Great Shopping Experience
First time I’ve used this company and was very pleased with the service. I ordered a light that had a long lead in time for delivery. The company kept me informed throughout, offered me a larger light in the same design but at the lower price. I decided to wait for the light I wanted and wasn’t disappointed with the Pooky Outdoor Brass Wall Light. I would recommend this company.

Awful customer services no response to…
After feeling frustrated that I couldn’t get through to customer services over a weekend. The beginning of the working week I experienced excellent customer service regular updates on my order. I also received a phone call from the owner of the company with an apology for wrong information given about when the light would arrive. Very pleased with the light that I received from Ombra lighting. 😊

As you have initially called and emailed outside of working hours, over the weekend, no one was available to take your call. We have since attempted to call you back and have responded to your email first thing this morning. Hopefully this has explained the delay and resolved any issue you have had.

Product ordered, confirmed, paid for then not despatched. When chased after five days, told it was not available from their supplier. Read the small print as they clearly don’t have the stock in. Guarantee your item by purchasing from another company. You will be disappointed if you try to buy something from them.

This occurred due to a system error from the manufacturer of the Christmas decoration you ordered. When we were notified, we made you aware within the hour to offer alternative finishes or provide a refund. I hope management contacting you outside of working hours to provide a more detailed explanation, demonstrates how serious we take any customer dissatisfaction.
