After 20 years the kitchen is as new, no de-lamination, all drawers still working smoothly.
I will be downsizing in a few years time and will certainly use Omega Kitchens again.

We had our kitchen fitted 3 years ago. We began having cracks in the front glaze & cracking around the frames of 3 of our fitted cupboard doors within only a year of use - we contacted the company that fitted the kitchen and they initially said they would replace them but then went into liquidation & shut down. We then asked Omega PLC if they could replace these faulty doors under their customer warranty and sent photos of the damage, however they said that it was all down to basically 'using the kitchen!' and would not be replacing the doors. These kitchens look great if you want a "Show Kitchen" - if you have them in any areas with moisture (ie a kitchen) then they are not so great, especially if you like using and cleaning them as they are intended! Three years on the damage has worsened and looks awful, and we now regret installing this brand. We would not recommend them to anyone. Here was their direct reply, whilst the warranty was still active - - -
"Having reviewed this with our Customer Care Co-ordinator and assessed the photographs kindly provided, we believe the root cause of the issues shown is moisture ingress (either from spills or cleaning residue). This is based on photos showing the swelling/cracking at the bottom which is consistent with moisture running down & pooling at the bottom,and cracking and blistering to the paint at the tops of the doors.Whilst all our product should of course be fit for purpose in a kitchen environment and is therefore moisture resistant, it is sadly not moisture proof so if spills etc are not cleaned/wiped from the surface immediately, moisture will absorb into the substrate."

Concerned, I contacted the retailer who passed on my concerns as well as photos of the damage. Omega's response was the damage was attributed to stream and water ingress. My previous kitchen units lasted in good condition for over 20 years and we only replaced them because of a kitchen redesign.

We had a horrendous experience with this company from start to finish.
Poor paintwork which chips easily (we have the top of the range doors), with inconsistent colours - doors had to be replaced over and over again to find two which looked the same!
Horrendous after-sales service …missing hinges, missing screws, missing doors. It was the most stressful experience and took months and months and months to conclude.
I would never recommend this kitchen manufacturer to anyone.

Not a good company to work for at all...I lasted 2 week even though I had a very good experience in the interview process what I got told in my interview the expectations didn't match my experience..I got the feeling I wernt appreciated been there the staff didnt make you feel welcome and the training i expected wasn't there for me to show my true potential as an employee.

I have had problems with the fitting of my kitchen, by Omega's approved retailer. I spoke on the 20th August 2025 to a customer representative at Omega. He said he will speak to his manager and speak to me next day. I have not been contacted since. I have not even received the 20year warranty, and many things are wrong with the kitchen. I want someone from Omega to come round and look at the kitchen.
I have sent my contact details as requested. I await to hear back from Omega kitchens.

Generally all team members and service is excellent.
However it can be frustrating when we place orders for maybe a couple of components we need, but do not have a code for, therefor we provide a full description. These are often then just left of of the order! Fortunately in most cases we spot this on the confirmation and ask for it to be corrected.

Reliability, extensive product offer and service. I cannot fault you. There is an abundance of product, style choice and variety of units to choose from, upon order what we order is what we get and there is always someone at the end of the phone for technical advice or client care. Chris from Omega visited our home to inspect some kitchen unit issues we had. He communicated regularly with us and arrived on time. He inspected our issues thoroughly and carried out some remedial works which we were delighted with. He informed us what would happen next . Throughout the visit Chris was extremely polite, professional, and easy to have in our home.
Overall Chris was an excellent ambassador for his company.
