Omegasonics’ ultrasonic cleaning technology is created by generators that produce high frequency electricity. This electricity is then converted into sounds waves through a transducer, which makes these waves vibrate. As the waves travel through water, tiny vacuum bubbles form and repeatedly implode upon any surface they encounter, removing even microscopic dirt particles. Website Clunky
There needs to be an option to have a different delivery address than Billing address. If it is UPS delivery there should be an automatic flag that prevents processing shipment to a PO Box. This was not the case on my last order. I am now going to wait until I am contacted about our physical address for the plant.

Your website is terrible
Your website is terrible. I tried to do the password reset twice and it didn't work. It sends you in a catch 22 style loop that never actually allows you to reset. When I called in, the person who answered the phone just said I can cash-out without logging in. I would like to be able to check past orders etc. So you have a long way to go with you on-line resources. other than that, I have never had problems.
