The customer service was very helpful and professional when I placed my order by phone.

We had a snafu in our procurement system that put a critical project in serious delay. Joe Gilbert came through by going above and beyond to expedite our order. Can't thank these guys enough.

Too soon to say how it really went. I am used to sending an order to a person. I am tax exempt and order ships on recipient's account. I put in the UPS account and tax exempt info in special instructions but until I see that you did not charge tax or shipping, it will be hard to rate. Hopefully will be as smooth as all previous orders.

We had bought a used OMG5028 that was in need of some work. I emailed David Towne in support and he answered my need for help within a matter of a few minutes had emailed me the complete owners manual along with helping us on a number of occasions by answering questions and obtaining parts.
The machine has been a great addition to our service and I pleased to find a company that is dedicated to supporting their product.Thanks again David for all the help.

i am a little disapointed i could not order solvent over the phone had to go to web site and order . Business if often a relationship . one thing that makes a good product and co thats good . A GREAT COMPANY AND PRODUCT .

We need to perform maintenance on a powerlift 4650 but we lost the manual. Online publications were not easy to find online, so I called for help. After two weeks of no response from our email I called and asked again. At that time, I was given good advice on filters, soaps, and maintenance intervals based on our application. When purchasing the filters, the description doesn't describe the size of the filters (10" or 20") or the Omegasonic models they service. Otherwise I had good help from the service desk, just wish they had the information available online to service our model, so we can print it off for our maintenance staff.

They were able to accommodate our order with short notice. Much appreciated as we were out of the cleaner.

The ease of doing online purchasing is so much appreciated. Very user friendly. Awesome company to deal with.

Every time I go on the website to place an order I have a problem. It won't let me sign into my account. It won't let me change my password. When I try to order without an account it says to call customer service. I call customer service and they can't process a credit card. They then need to go on line and act like they are random person placing an order. For some reason it does work for them. This problem repeats monthly.

Our Super-Pro has performed flawlessly for three years and the consumables support (delivery times and costs) keeps us up and running.
Tech support in the first months was super helpful in tailoring processes to the jobs we do.

Everything whet well i only had one problem I ordered one door gasket and didn't
know that number was for how many feet that i needed. everything else went good.

Need a place to enter PO # on order page and I used to be able to request tht you ship using my UPS account when I ordered before. Also I understand prices going up but OmegaClean went up $80 per 5 gallon since I ordered last...that's 80%

No one in our company could find our customer information. I called to see how we could find out what it was. They informed me there is no need for that information, if ordering on line it will find it as order is placed. Thank you!

Have bought a number of products from Omegasonics and each time it’s been an easy fair process. They are accommodating with requests and helping us use the equipment. Unbelievably responsive with the one issue we had. Can’t go wrong doing business with them.
