I'm disappointed.
I'm disappointed. Bought 2 of the Go motors. No instructions included. Found a couple of pages one the web site and got it installed, but they are really not working right - won't hold set endpoints. I wrote to Omnia for a manual, and was sent the 2 pages I had found online. Poor English, unclear procedures, no explanation of LED codes, etc. I wrote to Omnia to see if they had a better, more detailed manual, and got a sarcastic, snarky email reply. I'll keep these 2 and try to use them (not to throw out $200) but sure aren't buying more as I had planned - and I recommend you don't either! :-(

We must have missed to put instructions in your package then and we are sorry about that.
Can you please explain what you mean not holding endpoints? To be honest we never experienced this problem with our Omnia Go Motor so we would really appreciate it if you could send us a video with your problems to support@omniablinds.com.
If your product is faulty we will, of course, give you the money back.

Decent company overall
Decent company overall. The blinds took a very long time to arrive. They used the cheapest shipping option, which meant that we had to pay a 10% customs fee. One motor was broken, but they replaced it free of charge. Otherwise, the blinds themselves work very well

Thank you, Ivan! :) We always use UPS express when we ship outside Europe. It was not because of the shipping alternative you had to pay customs. It was because your order amount was above the maximum amount before you have to pay customs in your country. Anyway, we are happy to hear that you are satisfied with our products :)

Great Service, Great product - Highly recommended.
I have placed two orders with this company and found them to be very polite and a pleasure to do business with.
When I made contact with them they replied in less than 24 hours and sorted the issue very quickly.
