Best experience I’ve had in a long time.

I had a fantastic experience with OmniaBlinds during my first purchase of their products.The blinds arrived before the estimated timeframe, installation was simple and their customer service team (specifically Emelie Karlsson) was exceptional. For most companies customer service stops the second you hand them over your money. With OmniaBlinds customer service stops only after you are satisfied. The level of follow-up after my purchase was something I never experienced before. Yes it’s normal that a company would send you an auto-generated email thanking you for your purchase and a survey asking you about your experience but at OmniaBlinds they provide a personal touch that is so needed in the world of retail these days. Every piece of communication I received, from the “abandoned cart” notification all the way through to the after purchase follow up email were written by Emelie who was friendly, always willing to help and answered all my questions and concerns perfectly.

I highly recommend Omnia Blinds, if you’re in the market for Smart Blinds. Look for a sale of 20 to 30% off and free shipping, and you’ll have the best and most economical Smart Blinds anywhere! Customer service (Emelie) always responds promptly and addresses any issues. If you’re from Canada, although shipping is free, you will be required to pay the GST and any Provincial Sales Tax upon delivery. Trust Omnia Blinds and you won’t be disappointed.

Shipping took 4 weeks

I have ordered a WiFi bridge, site indicated it was on stock. The confirmation email stated “we’re getting your order ready as soon as possible”, so no timeline. It turned out I had to wait 4 weeks, and the customer support first told me after a week of waiting, that they have too much order, maybe next week, then next week that others, who order blinds too, they have priority over me, even if I already paid. It was a stressful first experience with Omniablinds, so it was also the last one. Thank you.

Sorry to hear about your experience with us. The Wi-Fi bridge was in stock because we had an expected delivery in two days but that delivery got delayed. When we got to know about that delay we did ask you if you want our Wi-Fi mini bridge instead. We did also ask you if you wanted a refund. We told you that it could take some time before we could ship the Wi-Fi bridge but you insisted to wait even though we told you that it could take some time. Anyway, we are sorry about this situation and will do everything we can to prevent it from happening again.

Affordable, stylish, simple

Affordable, simple motorized blinds. Install instructions could be better, especially for inside mount, but the blinds themselves work great.

Great product!!

I am located in Italy. I have recently bought a blind from Omniablinds. This is my personal experience. Made the order in june, received (as promised) within one month. Very good packaging and delivery with UPS (excellent company). The product, although it's quite large 214 cm, is very solid, the fabric is very fine quality. 100% blackout is really 100% blackout. Installation was easy and quick with the good manual provided. The blind has an more than acceptable sound when moving, it's fast enough, and the remote control is solid. I have bought also the motion bridge, which transforms the blind in a domotic object, I am very satisfied with it.
As also other said, omniablinds in my opinion should improve the communication/customer support, after that they are perfect.

Great blinds, great price, great sleep!

Great blinds, seem to be very high quality material and parts. Took a while to get with Covid but worth the wait. The wireless hub had a few hiccups as well (had to use my wife's iphone to initially get it to connect, my android wouldn't) but after it was connected we could both use the Motion app fine. Customer service was good to deal with as well when one of the parts was damaged during shipment. Can't beat the price and I have been sleeping a ton better and attribute most of that to these black out shades.Highly recommend and will purchase from again in the future if the need arises.

A company that goes the extra mile

First of all, these smart blinds are brilliant. Efficient, easy to install, and has a ton of smart home features. One thing that was crucial for us is the ability to order the exact size blinds you need. We have quite large windows, so other blinds such as IKEA's Trådfri was a no go for us.

Secondly, OmniaBlinds delivers an amazing customer service. I love how quick they are to respond and they are very eager to help with any question I've had. Truly a company that goes the extra mile to ensure happy customers. Awesome!
