Fabulous pre-order Facetime service
Just had a FaceTime call with on of the product experts, first of all what a fabulous service to offer and secondly the expert was extremely helpful as we talked through our plans and he was able to reassure us, prior to ordering, that the assumptions we had made were correct he even offered some additional advice that we hadn’t considered which would improve the final outcome.

High quality product! You won’t regret it. So many fabric options to achieve the look you want. No more struggling to maneuver the blinds up and down. The motors are quiet, the ability to program and control them from your phone is amazing. I have just made my second purchase. Just do it!

Very smooth
We ordered three blinds and they arrived very quickly. The fabric is as we expected very good quality. The only thing that I was aware of was that omniablinds said it will be about 2cm gap on both sides between the fabric and the window frame (we mounted them inside). I think that they can do better I think that they can add around 0.5cm fabric on both ends and it still will work good (at least it looks like it).
I’m very pleased with the motor itself. I was very impressed about sound and smoothness of it. I like how the motor slightly slows when it’s reaching “end” positions. We will be ordering more of them for our second floor for the summer.

Great blinds from an amazing company!
The blinds were made to the exact measurements. Easy to install and connect tot the smart home app via matter and the eve app. I had questions and they were quickly answered and they followed up after delivery to see if I had any questions with the install.

We are very happy with our purchase
We are very happy with our purchase. Ordering was easy, shipping was good and we received the blinds earlier than anticipated. The quality of the blinds are great and installation was easy. I had to buy a hub to make the remote function work but now I have music too. The blinds work great. Again we are very satisfied with our purchase.

7 blinds in - very pleased.
Having now purchased 7 blinds for our home, I can say that the product is excellent and the overall experience has been very good. The web interface is intuitive and our interactions with the team have been positive and pleasant. Very pleased and highly recommend the company and solution.

I am generally disappointed with the quality of the products
I recently ordered three white blinds from OmniaBlinds, but I am generally disappointed with the quality of the products I received. Out of the three blinds, two had visible fingerprints, which is unacceptable for new blinds. Additionally, on two of the blinds, the motors were installed but not properly secured, causing an annoying clicking noise when the blinds are lowered. To make matters worse, the fabric on the third blind was poorly aligned with the bottom bar, resulting in an untidy appearance.
This was my first order with OmniaBlinds, and I expected higher quality. I’m disappointed by these issues, especially since I had high expectations for this brand.
Update:
Following my initial review, I was contacted by Emilie from OmniaBlinds’ customer service team. She provided clear instructions on how to resolve the clicking noise caused by the motors, and the issue has now been resolved. The follow-up from the team was prompt and thorough, which I appreciate. Although my first experience with the products was not ideal, the customer service I received has left a positive impression.

Blind is beautiful and works great!
First motor did not function properly
First motor did not function properly. Spent over 12 hours isolating to a motor issue. After few days of purchasing the blind it went on sale for 35% off. Omnia refused to honor the sale price even with all the troubles i had gone thru.

5 Stars for Product, Process, People and Principles
In the fall of 2023, my wife and I purchased three very large sun-screen blinds for our south-facing sunroom. The service we received, the purchasing/shipping process and the blinds themselves were all excellent. OmniaBlinds received our rating of 5 stars out of 5 for that order.
Based on our initial experience with OmniaBlinds, we decided to equip the entire south-face of our home with their blinds. Our latest experience with OmniaBlinds can best be explained by four P’s: Product, Process, People and Principles.
As with the first purchase, the product is excellent! The fabric is of the highest quality and the motion system operates quietly and smoothly.
The OmniaBlinds purchasing process is a “well-oiled machine”! From the date of first communication, to ordering and receiving swatches, to submitting the order for the blinds to the date of delivery took less than a month! For any custom manufactured product, that is remarkable performance.
The people that we dealt with at OmniaBlinds (one in particular) are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All of our communication took place via email with a consistent turnaround time of less than 24 hours. When we experienced some minor technical issues, our OmniaBlinds contact was understanding, patient and helpful. She provided us with information and advice that allowed us to overcome the technical difficulties.
Many people would replace the P for “Principle” with the P for “Price”. Not us. We won’t deny that price matters, and OmniaBlinds are reasonably priced. But, dealing with a principled company matters to us more. OmniaBlinds operates in a principled manner. They do their best to ensure that their products meet the highest environmental standards. Their principles are also reflected in their customer service. During the installation, it was discovered that one of the motion systems was defective. Instead of making excuses and putting us off, our OmniaBlinds contact humbly and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and after exhausting all efforts to correct the problem remotely, she immediately shipped us a replacement system.
In summary, OmniaBlinds deserves another 5 stars out of 5 for their product, process, people and principles!

They are fine
Not bad. Shades arrived when they said they'll arrive. Well packaged. Cover for top/bottom positions button was missing. Visually doesn't bother me, but it is than possible to see this button for reset button, which made setting up a bit complicated.
Shades look good with nice hardware. While setting up end position it got stuck a bit and while "unstucking" the fabric got loose from the bar at the end. I would expect it to be a bit stronger, but my bad anyway. Bit of glue solved the issue with no problem.
Fabric is ok. Color is fine, they should be somewhere between blackout and see through. They are very much on the darker side. The "translucent part" is not really there. It seem like someone just poked very very tiny holes into blackout fabric. But I ordered very dark ones (barcelona dark grey), and the fabric overall looks a bit better than on the pictures. Just when sun shines on them you see these super bright dots in the dark shades.
Overall I am quite happy with them.
