Excellent product and customer service

Extremely simple customization and purchasing process compared to other competing sites. Delivery was faster than expected. The customer service was incredibly understanding, and they made a very appreciated gesture of goodwill following a minor misunderstanding during the ordering process. Overall, the store seems to be of excellent quality and was very easy to install and connect to Apple Home. I highly recommend it.

BEAUTIFUL blinds, IMPECCABLE service

First of all the blinds are BEAUTIFUL and have really enhanced my space. Secondly, I did have some minor issues which were resolved expeditiously. Customer service was timely and receptive and just overall pleasant to interact with. I would definitely do business with OmniaBlinds again!!

Great after sales service

Great after sales service. I had a problem with the fabric of my blinds and they replaced it with new blinds without having to return the defect one!!!

One very happy customer!

I had a few queries pre-order and they were answered quickly and positively. The delivery was stated as 10-15 working days but I was very happy when the blind arrived way ahead of time! The quality of the blind is superb and the installation and set up with Apple Home was so simple. Altogether a brilliant experience for me -- one very happy customer!

Product arrived with a loose wire

Product arrived with a loose wire, so none of the smart features work. The office wants to charge me over $100 for replacement.

It's important to note that wires don't just come loose; we conduct thorough checks on our products before shipping them. As you mentioned in your email to us, ''During installation, when we snapped the left roller into position, this piece of wire dropped off.'' While we empathize with your situation, it's important to understand that if, during installation, the wire is snapped off by the customer, it will not be covered by our warranty. However, we always strive to assist our customers to the best of our ability, which is why we are offering you a generous discount for a new motor.

Fantastic Eve powered roller blind

I was looking for an Eve powered roller blind from a trusted company and my internet search led me to OmniaBlinds. Their customer service responded quickly to my questions. The free shipping of samples was greatly appreciated. The speed of delivery most impressive, and best of all, the blinds were easy to install. Definitely something to recommend to others.

Top quality smart blinds

The quality of the blinds is absolutely top end. The service was fantastic and the delivery speedy.
If you are outside of EU, for example in the UK, remember to allow for the horrible import tax the government will add.

great blinds, trustworthy company - there was small mistake with shipped items, but all was fixed fast, corrected blinds where shipped again, and even paid additional customs fee (for additional shipping) where refunded - full 5 stars 🌟

great service, great blinds

one motor had a damaged antenna, which caused it to not get a signal and work properly.

They quickly shipped a replacement.

It's been a couple of months and everything works great.
