Best price for eve motionblinds

Best price for eve motionblinds! Great craftsmanship and color. Very responsive customer support. Free worldwide shipping and I got these shipped to California. Lead time was 3-4wks. Be aware that a 3% import duty is assessed by UPS if you are shipping blinds to the US.

Very good quality product and perfect…

Very good quality product and perfect delivery time - I bought the Eve Motionblinds, and they work superbly.

Import fees applied if you purchase from the UK, that could be more clear on the checkout

Welcome darkness

Samples arrived within a few days. Installation was easy and the remote blind works great. Customer service was top notch! The neighbors lights no longer shine in our living room.

Worked as expected

I had ordered 8 blinds for my house in 2 batches. One blind from the first batch had some issues. Omnia blinds sent me a new motor for that after which it worked well.
Second batch of blinds took some good time to arrive around 4-5weeks.

The blinds and the associated automations are working quite well so far.

Great customer support, I recommend giving them a try

I tried getting samples shipped to Brazil, where I live, but I never got them. What happened is that the local tax authorities couldn't find my tax number (the order form didn't request any information about my tax number), and they couldn't reach out to me, neither OmniaBlinds. After a few weeks they returned the package back to the sender and I thus I never got them.
If OmniaBlinds wants to ship to Brazil, I'd expect them to have a "tax number" field, as well as email and phone number in their order page so we can fill it out and if any tax authority need to reach out to the buy, they can.

EDIT: after posting this review, the company reached out, apologized and resent the samples. Not I got them, but Brazilian taxes are to blame: the free sample cost me $56 in taxes and fees. Crazy.

Anyways, I had a great experience with their Customer Support. I recommend giving them a try.

Hi Roger! We have a lot of customers in Brazil and this has never happened before. When we ship to Brazil we need to add the tax number manually to UPS but unfortunately it seems like we missed it this time. UPS always get the email and the phone number so it is very strange that they have not got in touch with you or with us. Of course we want you to have our fabric samples so we would gladly send them again.

UK buyer beware of import duty

The blinds themselves are excellent and I am very happy with their quality and functionality. They work as expected.

I am not happy with the customer service I received though. I made it clear when looking to buy these that I was in the UK and I was asking about delivery times.

It wasn't made clear that I would have to pay a significant amount of import duty on the two blinds I ordered. £200 (just over) in total on top of what I had already paid.

Omnia's response was essentially a shrug of the shoulders and they told me it was too bad.

Further, they then sat at the logistics company's warehouse for a good few days while I disputed and tried to understand the import charge, I was not expecting.

I need two more blinds for my children's bedrooms. I will wait whatever time it takes for them to be produced by a UK company, so I don't have this hassle next time.

A shame, I wasn't made aware of it, so I could factor it into my costs.

Hi John! I'm happy to hear that you think the blinds are excellent and that you are happy with the quality.
Since the UK is not a part of the European Union anymore you have to pay import duties. We are shipping to about 60 different countries and every country have different rules regarding import. In our terms & conditions we have stated that we don't cover such fee's.
In your case it seems like you had to pay a lot more than other customers from the UK.
We will send you a very good discount code so you can get two more blinds for the children's room.

Elektrische Rollos

Ich hatte echt bedenken weil die Rollos nicht aus Deutschland kommen,zwecks Tranport ,Beschädigungen .Aber um es kurz zu machen ich bin vollends zufrieden von der Bestellung bis zur Ankunft bei mir zuhause.
Es hat alles bestens geklappt.

Nice blinds, good customer service

Omniablinds were able to satisfy my special order which required both a motorized and manual blinds. The blinds were well packaged and are easy to install and configure. My only negative comment is their policy on samples which is way too expensive.
