OneFit Avis 

Sinds 2017 lid van OneFit. Toen nog voor 50 euro onbeperkt (!) aantal work outs. In 2019 (?) ging het van onbeperkt naar 16 workouts en de prijs naar 55 euro

In 2021 ging de prijs naar 60 euro en bleef je 16 workouts te hebben en nu gaan de schurken van 16 naar 10 workouts en mag je 65 euro gaan betalen

Als je vraagt hoe het zit met klantloyaliteit word je fijntjes verwezen naar de AV dat ze abonnementen mogen wijzigen en dat jij dan 'mag' opzeggen.

Dat doen we dus ook maar. Dag onefit, was fun while it lasted....

Te duur geworden. No show fee belachelijk hoog (nieuw verdienmodel? en dan zeggen dat je dit voor de sportscholen doet, wij zijn jullie klanten dacht ik toch). Klantenservice bagger. Grote afzetterij geworden.

Wat een slechte klantenservice. Prima als je alles met online formulieren wilt regelen maar totaal niet oplossingsgericht.

I really enjoy my membership with OneFit. Easy access to workouts at the best studios in the city, for a reasonable price. What I like most is that I can try a lot of different workouts. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to commit to just one gym.

Je moet altijd je mobiel bij je hebben om te gaan sporten zodat je kan inchecken. Maar wanneer je mobiel leeg is kan dat dus niet en krijg je meteen een boete… dit vind ik erg vervelend gezien ik mijn telefoon vaak niet bij me heb of deze na een lange dag leeg is.

Ik vind OneFit in Den Haag echt geweldig. Ik kan overal terecht, heb die afwisseling in sport ook nodig om gemotiveerd te blijven. De keuze is enorm en ik haal er echt alles uit.

Super leuke lessen beschikbaar, fijne app in gebruik en goede support bij vragen!

I have been an user of Onefit for years and I am in general very happy with the service and will definitely recommend it.
Some improvements I would suggest are : increase the number or workouts per month and, specially, reduce the cancellation period.
Before most of the workouts had 2 hours cancellation period which is in my opinion reasonable, but now most of them have 8 or even 12 h cancellation period ( is very rare to find now workouts with 2 h). It is sometimes very difficult to predict ( e.g. work reasons, family reasons) 8 h in advance unexpected events or situation that might happen during the day.

Het is super flexibel en uitgebreid, precies wat ik zoek in een sport abonnement. De klantenservice is snel en effectief. Prijzen zijn verhoogd, maar dat is met alles zo deze dagen. Relatief gezien is het echt goedkoop sporten, ik ben er heel blij mee.

The app offers great choices for the price point. I love the options it provides for various great gyms/instructors. At this point, I have been using onefit for almost 2 years, I have some of my favorite gyms and classes, that I don't want to leave onefit for any other app, even with my employee discount.

However the app bugs out when you try to open it without internet. It automatically logs you out. I had had a few situations where my app logged me out minutes before a class. As I am always logged in, I forgot my password. I didn't have enough time to log back in and check in for the class. It's a hassle to later prove that you were in the class.

Genoeg aanbod qua lessen en fijn dat het duidelijk is wat je krijgt (in mijn geval 4 lessen per 30 dagen en geen credits die na één keer knipperen weg zijn).

Great app, easy to use and CS is good when you need them.

I can do so many sports in so many locations for so cheap, I love it! I still have an old membership: I can go 16 times a month for 65€. Only the check in system is annoying but I guess this is how they keep their prices competitive.

Have been using onefit for about 4 month now.

Positive:
-If all classes are used up at the end of the period the service is worth it's value.
-Prefer it over classpass as I know how many workouts I get for my money (instead of paying for random credits). I also prefer the location based check in.
-Had one issue so far that was resolved to satisfaction.

Negative:
-Response time of customer service can take several days.
-One has to be aware of all the sneaky ways the company gets money (check in, cancellation, workout period etc).
-10 workouts is not quite enough for me, but the next plan is for 18 workouts and costs 100+€ wich is more than I would like to spend.
-Some small issues in the app (get randomly logged out, sometimes it takes a while for the location to update.
-Rollover of a certain amount of unused workouts would be great, but one can not have everything I guess :-).

Overall I can recommend it!

Less and less consideration for the customers, even several years of subscription. Price rise, number of workouts gone done, expensive extra fees and lost workouts. The perks have really gone done. It's a great app until you miss a class...

Met Onefit kan ik mijn workouts samenstellen afhankelijk van mijn agenda van die week. Soms ga ik in de ochtend sporten of juist in de avond. Er is elke dag wel iets leuks te vinden. Zo kan ik verschillende gyms en sporten proberen.
