Why do I have to speak to at least 2…

Why do I have to speak to at least 2 operators giving the same information and being held on the call waiting to keep being put through only to be told I am not able to get the information about my premium increase if I proceed with my claim. I then am unable to even speak directly to my insurance company Yoga Insure as they have no phone number or email address it is all no reply. It is quite disgusting how insurance companies now operate it is clearly only to make more money paying several salaries when one agency only the actual insurance company is needed. This system of everything electronic is truly inefficient and not customer friendly. You really should be ashamed of the way this industry has evolved

DONT INSURE WITH THEM STAY CLEAR

Wouldn't waste my time insuring with them again
I had an accident when a tree branch landed on my car in 2021 i was taken to hosp car was a write off i got paid out £666 for the car an had to pay policy back £514 I got £154 for my car in all I got no injuries payout they refused to make the land owner pay up nearly 5 yrs later I am still paying this off an no payment for injuries
There no worth it i didn't hit the tree it hit me while driving on a main Rd
Why do we pay insurance if we're treated like shit also they dont have telephone numbers all done online which I hate doin I like to speak to the person
I will not remove this from here its all true

My husband has a ongoing claim with one…

My husband has a ongoing claim with one call claims when accident happened paper work pictures sent etc now they have that information I haven’t heard anything from them I was supposed to hear from the repair people for the car to be assessed within 5 working days that is up haven’t heard anything I was asked if I wanted to be kept updated I said yes I did so we knew what was happening but nothing since they took our information which was about a week ago when I ring they say they can’t talk about on going claims so I don’t know how I’m supposed to know what is happening I look in the portal to see if that has been updated but nothing there either
