We booked online via a third party and delighted they connected us with Allen. Booking made we were kept updated as to arrival and the date was kept Allen resolved our issue with a fitted dishwasher and offered additional advice. Very pleased with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm.

Allen arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and resolved the issues with our dishwasher.

Great service and excellent value. Our rangemaster repair took 2 visits, as a new part was required and we were only charged 1 call out fee.
The part was ordered and fitted within a couple of days.

Allen from 'One-Stop Appliance Repairs visited us very promptly after we reported a problem with our Fan oven. He diagnosed the problem immediately, then sourced and fitted the replacement element immediately and fitted it at our earliest convenience.
Could not recommend more highly.

Had a problem with our integrated fridge freezer. Found one stop appliances on Google. I rang them and they booked me in for the morning after. Had a message on the morning to say they would be arriving in ten minutes which was great. Allen came investigated and found the problem straight away and although Allen was happy to try and repair he was honest and told me the cost and it wouldn’t be worth it and be better to buy a new one. (It is over 10 years old). Even though the problem was found Allen didn’t charge me the call out fee as he was only here a short time. I am so grateful (and shocked) by this as most companies would still charge a call out fee. I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future if I have any issues at all! Thank you Allen and Vicky for a quick and professional service!

Engineer arrived this morning and solved the issue with our SMEG oven in no time at all. A very professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We called out One-Stop Appliance to help us assess if our seven-year-old tumble dryer could be fixed. They came out quickly, they were really informative, and gave us an honest answer. They were even able to advise us on a new machine. As a woman on my own, I felt safe and was really impressed by their care and attention. Fully recommend.

Excellent service provided by this company. Had a problem with a fridge freezer and booked a call out. Although Allen was delayed attending the initial call out we were kept updated. Allen identified the problem straight away and ordered the part which got delayed at customs but we were kept updated on the progress. Part was fitted quickly and efficiently.
