I was disappointed the the material I had chosen when check before sending had a fault - they went out of their way to insure I had a suitable replacement item - cannot fault the customer service -

Brilliant customer service, don't opt for hermes/evri courier.
If using Hermes/Evri, don't expect your parcel on time. Having said that, I spoke to Vincent at One Stop Fabrics and he kindly found me an alternative fabric as the one I ordered wasn't available anymore. After a pleasant phone call with Vincent, he arranged for next day delivery with Royal Mail for the fabric he helped me choose for the Witchers cloak I'm making. Brilliant customer service and I look forward to ordering from One Stop Fabrics again soon.

Brilliant customer service.. you are given an option to have the fabric in one length or cut into meters. For the project I’m doing I needed 3x2 meters so made a call to the customer service team and put in the request. Arrived in 2 meter sections! Lovely fabric great customer service and brilliant price (sale). Thank you will definitely use again.
