Online Bedrooms Avis

I have fitted double wardrobes in three of my bedrooms. They were designed to my specifications in dialogue with their designers. Very helpful and accommodating. The product is sound and extremely good value. They look good and price compares favourably with competitors. Hinges and drawer runners are excellent quality. No problem with assembly. Delivery on time.

Great customer service and communication.
Fast efficient delivery.
Great product.

Fantastic company, superb product. From the the first interaction through the design process to receipt of the product this is first class. The whole product is solid including the backboards which are over 10 mm thick.

If you are thinking of buying bedroom furniture look no further than this company.

The product three years on is as good as the day it was fitted ,it is extremely robust ,fits amazingly into the awkward position it has to fit into .
The everything came well packaged and delivered on time ,and easy and quick to assemble .
Keep the good work up .A1

Had the fitted wardrobes in a couple of years now, still looking good with absolutely no issues. Everything from the initial planning and design through to delivery was faultless. Would I use again, you bet.

It was very easy to follow the measuring guides online and where there were any tricky bits, professional help and advice was on hand at the end of the phone. A very positive experience with the company throughout and I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the products (Built in wardrobes and home office).

Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We were given the time to look over different options for our wardrobe and talk over different features to make it really bespoke to us. Manufacture and delivery was quick and assembly was straight forward. Would definitely recommend!

Well fitted and stylish design

Every question I needed answering was done so with care and attention to detail. My phone calls are always returned and the staff are very helpful. The whole experience of getting fitted furniture is easy, especially the measuring which initially I was worried about. I’ve bought 4 sets of fitted furniture over the last year and I’ve been impressed with the quality and customer service each time.

We chose this company as they were very helpful and you could design your wardrobes with their help and advice. They are strong and easy to install. We used them for all three bedrooms. Highly recommend them.

High quality products and great customer experience throughout

I hadn’t heard of online bedrooms before but have been very impressed by my dealings with them, the quality of the wardrobe and the price being very competitive.

You do need to measure yourself but there is good explanation of how to do this. Talking through the design was easy with the online bedrooms consultant and the sales pitch wasn’t overly pushy.

The wardrobe was delivered when promised. A couple items were missing but the company soon rectified this.

Wardrobe could be fitted yourself if you are reasonably good at DIY. I choose to ask a local carpenter to fit and am extremely pleased with the result.

I wouldn’t have any hesitation in using this company again

From beginning to end was flaw less from design to self installation it fitted mm perfect

I have used Online Bedrooms four times now and each time everything ran smoothly, also no problem in fitting them and look brilliant, the only small item was they sent two of the same left hand runners but after one phone call, it arrived the next day, cant fault them at all
Will use again no problem

Amenable to bespoke tweaking. Precise and easy assembly. Quality product and reliable service.

Beautiful wardrobes at a good price, great service and quick delivery.

Amazed at the quality and ease of installation. The excellent planning service made sure that the final outcome is totally satisfying. I am a just about adequate DIYer, but these wardrobes make me look like a professional. I will definitely buy from Online Bedrooms again.

Good quality products. Relatively easy to install. Would use again

Online Bedrooms provides great products at reasonable prices and amazing customer service. I ordered a huge wardrobe 4 years ago and still looking as new. The team is super helpful and deal with queries in a timely manner. Totally recommended!

I was a little nervous ordering wardrobes that I hadn’t seen in real life but I love them. The measuring and ordering process was really easy and the designer spent a lot of time on calls with us making sure everything was right.

One of our doors arrived with a small defect and the customer service team were fantastic and sent a replacement asap.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
