Online Discovery Avis 

I purchased an annual fee of £80 for this total and blatant scam,
I am a 76-year-old male widower, like many more out there looking for companionship, romance or whatever. This site is plentmorefish/the silverpond.

And after a few months now, I have realised that the women who are supposedly making contact are probably AI, or whatever other ways they con us.
After replying to many women and getting no response, I became suspicious, and then it became obvious when young women in their thirties and forties began supposedly making contact; this was not a Silvers site or any other legit site.

One day, I came across the same young woman in five different disguises, and it really pissed me off. Then, I knew for definite I contacted the site, and they didn't want to know, saying I hadn't gone through the proper
procedure. What a total set of lowlifes; I hope when they get to our time of life, they get ripped off big time.

An update for the Silver Pond: There has been no response, but to all out there who are thinking of using Dating Sites for you seniors, give this site a really wide berth; avoid like the plague. I had a 28-year-old woman approach me through this site this morning; that's if you can believe the Crap.

This is an update regarding these scum-bags. After my last review and mail to these lowlifes, I am still getting the so-called women wanting to make contact, but when I send any reply, no matter what I reply to them, I know I will not be getting any response. Really disappointed to pay a bank so much and be treated so poorly. I left Discovery Bank as they could not solve simple process issues that other Banks don't even have. So much time wasted talking to their call center which is not the experience I wanted. So many broken promises of escalation that remain unanswered. In contrast, my free bank in the UK offered a far superior service and I never had to call or complain once in 9 years.
If your want to be treated like crap and pay a fortune for the honor, bank with Discovery.

Terrible client services
My parents have been blocked out of the banking app for quite some time now. We’ve called in so many times, sent tonnes of emails and been promised help but it’s been weeks now, and they still don’t have access to the app. The worst service ever.

My parents could be stranded overseas just because Discovery refuses to be forward coming with their customer services and attending to their clients’ issues.

If you have your cell phone stolen, they are unable to help. Do not ever rely on Discovery Bank especially if you are abroad. They are inflexible, unable to understand or find a solution. You really do not need the stress. In addition, it took about 40 minutes to get through to their fraud line, locally. You really do not need to put your funds at risk when you are abroad.

Worst bank ever!! I am overseas and trying to get hold of customer service. I have tried 3 times and held for over 30 minutes each time and just given up. There is no email address or other way of reaching them. It is so frustrating!

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Discovery Bank. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of terrible. On multiple occasions, I have had calls abruptly cut off by agents or been given fake reference numbers, which is completely unacceptable.

More importantly, I want to highlight the farce that is Discovery Bank’s points system. Despite having a substantial bond with significant equity and holding retirement annuities, I receive zero points for these. It is incredibly frustrating that there is no way to escalate this issue through their call center to get a response from management.

I was on the verge of taking out insurance through Discovery, but I will no longer do so as their points system appears to be prejudiced and unfair. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering Discovery Bank
