The report was available for download within minutes and it was extremely comprehensive. dating as far back as 2005 when online data was available. It also contained a lot of very useful info pertaining to the property. The customer desk followed up with me immediately after I downloaded the report to see if I needed additional info. I did needed info dating back to 1989 and the rep was very helpful in directing me to other gov’t site to to see if I may be able to locate the I do. Most definitely recommend the service.
