I ordered a monstera, palm and got a free rubber plant. The monstera was slightly bigger than listed and I didn’t expect much of the rubber plant with it being free but it was a full size plant! Impre... Voir plus

Amazing
I ordered 6 plants from here. Quick delivery and great communication. The plants arrived in perfect condition with shiny leaves. Great care has been taken in growing these pants and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Disappointed in service
I received my order, not packaged as well as other plant-sending websites and I paid more in postage by that also.
I was given a freebie purple plant when spending over £20, the teeny tiny little plant was not represented by a realistic photo and shown as 'this is what it will grow into'. I would appreciate a clear representation of what I am entering into. Perhaps include 'seedling' in the text.
I ordered 2 plants and a 3rd being the freebie. One other plant arrived perfectly as expected, the other had half its leaves sliced, damaged or missing. I have a bald patch on my lovely plant.
This website isn't a place I would revisit again, highly disappointed.

Fantastic company
A great experience from start to finish. I contacted Online House Plants for advice about which plants to choose. They replied straightaway and made some really good recommendations about plants I couldn't kill! My plants arrived this morning and I was delighted with them - they look brilliant and I am so pleased with the price.
I don't hesitate to recommend this company and will buy from them again.
