Made a very large order
Made a very large order. And became concerned after reading a few negative comments. I can say. I am so happy with my delivery. All meat i received was fresh. Delivery was an earlier time than stated. Which was fantastic. Packaging was spot on. Everything was trimmed and prepared for me so it was minimal work for me. I am beyond happy with my order and will definitely be ordering from online meat shop again.

I got lamb legs and chops from them. The website is easy ro navigate and very accessible. The delivery was on time and the instructions was maintained properly. This is one of the best butcher shops out there.

Order of 29 Sept still not here more than half a month later!
Placed a large order on 29 September. Still not arrived. Each time we chase up we get an email promising the order will be sent as a matter of priority. That was over half a month ago and the order is still not here. Just more emails with false promisses! Terribly disappointed as had to postpone a dinner party twice!

You’re right: frozen items can arrive chilled/partially defrosted due to our chilled transit packaging. We’ve added clearer reminders on product pages, at checkout, and in our dispatch emails. Please refrigerate on arrival and use within 24–48 hours.

Lovely range of meats
Lovely range of meats! The taste is out of this world as a lot of their meats are grass fed and beautifully cut! The Steaks, chicken, mince, amazing and so fresh! Trust me, I’m not just saying this as I have tried well known halal butchers.
I now regard this Halal outlet as my main go to for all halal products.
