My first time ordering fresh produce. It arrived as scheduled. The quality of the meat was sublime, tender, even the smell when cooking was genuinely good. Also froze some and the quality has remained practically the same. Compliments to all involved

I love Saffron Alley products. They are so tasty, healthy, and wholesome. The sausages are at least 70% meat content which is much better than any others I've found locally. The thin sliced sirloin steaks are just perfect for easy, quick meals. The chicken doesn't have any water coming out of it when cooking. I've had £10 off vouchers a few times now which make a decent difference to the cost of my order. Everyone I've dealt with by email has been super helpful and get back to me within 24 hours. I will keep ordering from them unless caught short and in need of something very quick from the local halal butchers. Halal and Tayyib is the way forward:)))

Alhamdulillah 1st time Qurbani in Uk and after donating 1/3 we still got a lot of meat which we shared with our family and friends.
Packaging was amazing.
Just one think I would ask for only if we could get the other parts such as lamb brain,Gizzard which is very rare to find, we love those than meat.Just personal opinion.May be I would rather ask them next time :-)
Um apart from that everything was top class- meat quality, service, quantity, response I mean everything.
I meant to pick up the meat but than I changed it to be delivered as I was away and they responded promptly and delivered.
very pleased , from now on InshAllah we will stick to them.

I have been using Saffron Alley for a couple of years now, and have never been disappointed with the quality or level of service. My last order contained some very tasty meats from the deli, all of which went down well with everyone - great as a topping for pizza. 👍

The quality of the meat is excellent, I definitely notice the difference. My husband does not usually eat chicken , He loves the chicken from Saffron Alley for that showed me the quality of how good the meat is. The packaging is good and my order always arrives on time. I have been ordering meat and poultry for a while now. The quality is amazing. I went back to buying my meat and chicken from the supplier I used to get it from and the difference in quality was clear. Saffron Alley chicken and meat is softer and never smells weird. Tastes better as well. I will always by my meat and poultry from Saffron Alley from now on.

Meat was of the finest quality possible and was very well packaged.

I saw this company on line and I was impressed with their passion for producing and butchering organic and halal meat. This is the second delivery I have received and it really is first class. The leg of lamb ( cut into 40mm pieces) was tasty, tender and the right amount of fat. I also purchased some lamb cawl fat and again an excellent product. So I have no reservations in fully recommending Saffron Alley you will not be disappointed

Quality of the order is always on point. Saffron alley are my main butchers, I trust their word on grass fed, no hormonal, organic produce.
I'm very happy with saffron alley and will continue to order.

It was easy to place my order even though the delivery date was somehow mixed up. The guy I spoke to was very helpful ensuring my order was delivered to me. The products are fresh and of great quality.

Pieces were too big in cuts, meat was not clean, full of fat and very smelly , wife wasn’t happy at all

I had a bit of an issue with my order which is not common practice with Saffron Alley so I thought it was best to make them aware of this.

Christopher David went above and beyond to resolve this for me and was happy to replace part of my order that was not satisfactory.

It is hard to get halal meat where i live so i do rely on sites online.

The meat is good. The only issue is they offer you discount codes for £10 off and these codes never work, as the site says 'the codes have reqached their limit, even when these codes are used within hours of using them. These discoint codes are therefore a scam and I've had to use coupert to give me discount codes for £5 off instead. There 10% codes for giving good reviews don't work either.

Ordered the steak 'fine dining box' and wanted it delivered a day earlier than i selected on the website and they were very kind and arranged an earlier delivery, this saving me from much domestic grief. Many thanks to Nazeem for making it so. Quality is amazing as usual, nicely packed so came fresh and even though I am still learning how to cook a decent steak, these came out lovely, juicy and tender.
