The process was smooth and the consultation was good. However, my big problem was that I asked for my information and notes not to be shared with my GP. This was acknowledged, but the information was sent anyway. Far from ideal.

Excellent service when most needed
Dr Merola stepped in at a critical moment and was kind and professional in all his dealings with my wife during her recent depressive episode. He also responded quickly to emails between scheduled consultations to put our minds at rest with issues arising outside of working hours. He facilitated a smooth transfer of care to the NHS psychiatrist who has now taken over as part of the local CMHT. Thanks also to Elena for her prompt, polite and effective administrative support role.

Really great practice
Really great practice - Dr Merola was such a help for our teenage son, in a very difficult time when accessing NHS services is impossible. Also Elena who is lovely PA too who was always a pleasure to deal with.
