Ordered budget glass trophy and medals.Trophy was really good quality and medals quite heavy.Although trophy came with wrong insert,a quick phone call sorted it and the correct dispatched immediately.Would not hesitate to order again in future.

Overall good experience with the process.
However, only one small issue - not enough notifications regarding shipping of the products but this is just a personal preference.
Quality of the product is good, matching the price.
4 stars as there is always room for improvement, however, would recommend.

Great site and easy to use, unfortunately the trophies have not arrived yet as parcel force are useless..!
Thanks for your reply but after waiting in all day today they still have not attempted delivery again... Not impressed at all.
After waiting for these items to be delivered, I arranged for my parcel to be left at a post office, I have now got the order and am very happy with the trophies, cheers

We have now looked into the tracing and tracing of your order and see ParcelForce have made a few attempts at delivering since the 11th October. SMS's notifications have been sent. It is showing that the order is on a vehicle for delivery today. This is within the order delivery option you choose when checking out - up to 5 working days.
