Thank you for the service review and please accept my apologies for the issue with the product. We have sold 100's of these shields over the years without any problems and I can assure that it didn't leave us in this state and the damage was caused by the delivery company who sometimes unfortunately don't always fully respect customers parcels (this is out of our hands).
Please be assured we are a very approachable company with a quality customer service and quality communications over the phone or email. I do feel if you would have contacted me by phone or email when you saw the issue it would have been rectified quickly, rather than resort to TP to notify us you had a product problem.

My new camp trophy for Cubs is wooden and flame shaped. It looks very impressive. There is one slight scratch but overall I am really pleased with it.
