You are taking £29.50 off me for the last 3 months !!! I don't even know who you are or how you got my bank card details?! I am a single Mum and the £29.50 you have taken from me today was the last of my money !!! I have emailed you before and got no response !!
I need my refunds ASAP and my details removing from your system!!!

Appalling

Appalling. I like many others have had £29.50 taken from my account. They might claim all the information is clearly displayed, but obviously when you’re in dire financial circumstances and desperately trying to get enough money to eat it’s not unlikely it might not be seen. Clarity is everything, otherwise it can only be called a scam. By the way, I’m still waiting for my “guaranteed loan”. I’ve now blocked these people at my bank and they’re going to attempt to get my money back. If they can’t then I’ll take further action. Frankly, if I could afford £29.50 a month I wouldn’t have been looking for a loan in the first place. Disappointing people to gain money is never a good idea. Money back please. Next request will be through legal channels.

Money taken from bank without my…

Money taken from bank without my permission. £29.50. Didn't know looking for a loan would cost you. Absolutely a disgrace. All I want is my money back and struggling to do so. Absolute scam!!!

This is a disgrace

This is a disgrace I've also had a payment of £29.50 taken from my bank without my permission and it's been pending since the 2nd June I've sent countless emails wanting this cancelled and been completely ignored absolutely fuming. I want my £29.50 refunding now this is an utter disgrace that you do this to people. Thf payment even took me overdrawn so I will know be charged by my bank which puts me in a worse position during these difficult times I'm absolutely fuming about this

Exactly the same for me, I'm struggling with money to feed kids and agreed to a 14p transaction to check details for a payday loan and now this, £29.50 taken out of nowhere, nothing said anything about a random subscription, absolute scan I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY OR MY KIDS ARE NOT EATING !!!!!! These people took £29.50 from my…

These people took £29.50 from my account for a subscription that I never signed up for I emailed them and this is what they said ...
I can confirm that your subscription has now been cancelled and no further funds will be taken.
I checked your account in our system, and you signed up for the services via one of our affiliate partners on May 10, 2023 at 3:06 PM
As you are outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, we cannot process a refund, however, I can assure you that no future payments will be taken, and your account has been cancelled.
If you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on the details below between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.
I asked who there affiliate partners was and they did not reply .to then go and try and take another 29.50 from my account a week later but my bank are aware of them and they payment didn't go through how these people are doing this and getting away with it is beyond me they should be investigated STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.fees for the service are NOT visible before signing up and agreed to nothing and would definitely not agreed to a subscription with them they are liers .I'm calling trading standards and police today to try get these shut down you are day light robbing people .and as for the one star I wouldn't give them that but can't give them -5 stars

Hidden scam

Called up & before I explained, the agent said “Would you like to cancel your account” they clearly know it’s a common thing, not sure how enquiring about getting a loan, then gets them to sign up to some hidden subscription service that I don’t know about! Luckily my card is always locked & the company didn’t get a penny.

Absolute Scam

I would give these lot zero stars if that was possible. Absolute scam! I’m desperate and trying to feed my family and applied for a loan and they opted me in to this subscription service that u don’t even need. How do you opt people in and not even send an email or a text to explain things further. You are taking advantage of vulnerable people at their lowest and that’s so wrong. Now iv gone into an overdraft something iv been trying so hard to prevent because of the charges. How do you people sleep at night. I need my money now!

I just woke up to an alert from my bank…

I just woke up to an alert from my bank saying that these people had taken £29.50 from my bank account. I didn't sign up for anything with these people. I've never received an email from them, and when I went onto their website to access my supposed membership, it doesn't even recognise me.
I want a full refund of the £29.50 now. I need my money back NOW.

Scam!!!

Taken money out of my account without me knowing, paid for something I’ve no clue what it’s for! Apparently my bank say I made a transaction for 14p back in April and since I’ve gotten money in taken out today! I haven’t and will not use your service! We are in the middle of crisis and you think it’s morally right to take out my money and others in vulnerable situations and profit off it? THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Update: spoke to an advisor regarding this, was told they could cancel “membership” before even asking my details… which clearly more people have complained regarding this. Was basically brushed off and said they wouldn’t refund me and that it’s stated in terms and cons. You expect me to know what it means when I’m autistic and you’ve conned me? I’m passing you details onto the ombudsman and my bank for fraud

Update 2: I’ve been refunded literally just now, regardless I find it appalling that you’d thing it’s morally okay to do this! You should be ashamed!! And regardless I’m still reporting this

The thing now which annoys me the most…

The thing now which annoys me the most is this money they kindly had put aside, and in agreement with Lloyds because without me agreeing is now in a pending balance whereas I cannot get access to it due to my bank kindly complying with this dodgy company.
After speaking with Lloyds bank regarding this they told me the merchant company has to contact Lloyds to reverse the £29.50 pending payment and as soon as this has been done the money will then be put back in my available balance and I can then pay my bills.
The company in question knows it is a bank holiday now so I almost begged in my email sent yesterday explaining all they had to do were to reverse the funds and how much I needed this money before the bank holiday weekend, obviously choosing to ignore my pleas as still not done so it won’t be before Tuesday now which will have already put me behind leaving me paying more because of this.
I am so mad right now it disgusts me

SCAM..

SCAM... These people took my money without my consent and then proceeded to be extremely rude to me when I called them for an explanation.
I have informed my bank and they are looking into it. I have a new born baby at home and it is a week until payday.. I am so angry right now I might visit their offices later!

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They have attempted multiple times to take money from my bank. If it were not for my bank declining payments to them and blocking online payments they would of been taking money. My bank have cancelled my card and and issued a new one. As apparently my bank advised they keep trying to get money. Unfortunately due to being off work I was desperate for cash and stupidly applied for loan. They ask to verify your bank for funds. This is how they get you. So its best to be skint and desperate then have these fraudster have all your details. I have phoned them they are quite rude and obnoxious. I am going to take it further and report them to higher. They need closed down.

How can you have the cheek to take…

How can you have the cheek to take £29.50 p it of everyone’s accounts without permission. The transaction is not authorised, if banks are alerting everyone that you are taking money from them it is clearly suspicious. I want a full refund for the money you have taken from my account, and I will be reporting your “company”

Same as others they took 0.14p and then took out £29.50! for two months.
I have been unable to keep my priority bills up due to this. Causing strain on my mental health.
They subscribe automatically without your authorisation.

This fraudulent company is using numerous different names for there Websites but is actually the same one fraudulent business!

They will keep changing there names!

Same as others they took 0.14p and then try to take out £29.50! I called my back asap to stop them taking payments after 0.14p

Once the bank blocks the fraudulent scammers they then try to change they website and company name onlinesaving.co.uk, onsaving.co.uk etc...

Do NOT apply on there website! They will try to subscribe automatically without your authorisation.

Update:
I have contacted the Bank and they have told me you/your company have done this fraudulent scam to numerous of occasions to there customers.

Just STOP making things up as you go along. I have NOT agreed to any terms and conditions or sign any document online or via post or subscribe!! You are a scammer! PLEASE READ OTHER TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.

Your Identical REPLY BACK is the same as your other victims you have left them.

Didn’t sign up

Didn’t sign up - money taken without permission- I need this money they have collected- this is a scam!

Update - They say they will refund but replied saying they will not

Refund since agreed on 17/05/23 but funds have still not arrived 01/06/23 - they just say funds have left them
