Stay away from this company

In regards to my original review last week, they have sent a generic response that I see to all complaints made about them. I have not in fact received a private message to investigate it further. They claim the details of the initial fee are clear and obvious but as you can see the 1 star rating and the comments are all trending the same, if this is a legit company they would be taking this on board and getting it fixed. Expect the prey on the desperation and shut up shop.
Please stay away from this company. They are crooks.

Scammers!!! Be Aware!

Honestly I'm so disappointed. This company scammed me! I would never advice anyone to sign up for your service and I will make sure to tell everyone about you taking £29.50 from my account without my consent. I never subscribed to this yet you took the money from my account without my consent. One would think you are trying to help vulnerable people and people struggling to get money and loans, instead of this you tell them to authorise their account to see if it's an authentic UK account for a loan and set a subscription without even letting them know through an email or text message. Why would you want to take advantage of people struggling already? You should be ashamed of yourselves! Very disappointed I must say. I will make sure to spread the word!

Stay well away from this company

Stay well away from this company, complete crooks, the small fee that is described as a bank account test is actually a set up for a subscription that is not clearly obvious as they claim. I actually got them on the phone and they completely refused to review the situation. They need investigated!!!

Absolute scum bag company

Absolute scum bag company, tried to take money out of my account without permission. Bank managed to stop the recurring payments but they have just tried to take single payment. Had to cancel card. Someone needs to do something

£29.50 taken from my account without any notice, not even been given log in details or anything and when I try change my password the page is not found, it seems a lot of people have this problem. This is a joke and I want a refund……

£29.50 left my account over a week ago. Despite searches through my emails I couldn't find out who this company was. A Google search showed me its a subscription service but because I don't have an account with them, I can't log in or contact them. I contacted my bank to reverse the charge which they did. I have got up this morning and the same company has taken £29.50 again. I am furious. Currently on sick pay due to a fractured spine and could do without losing this sort of money. Will be contacting the fraud team today. How do they even have my bank details

29.50 took from my account

29.50 took from my account. I have reported this to my bank. 14p card check for a loan I got declined now this took from my account which was not agreed upon even if they try and say i did. No correspondence saying i have signed up. I don't have login detais with this website. They are preying on the unfortunate. I expect this pending transaction to be cancelled so I can get back 29.50

Scam company.

I can confirm what the others below have said. Absolute scam and charlatans. I never even signed up to them. Their "customer service" is a joke and refused to refund the money they have stolen. I have tried to raise a formal complaint but they have no complaints process. I am writing to trading standards today and speaking to the financial ombudsman about there immoral business practices. I highly recommend everyone here does the same. May be worth considering a class action lawsuit. Edit. I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent. Hopefully the police will take action.

Edit 2. They ask for details here and then dont reply. Already had exchange via email where they refused to refund prior to posting this review. Have had to cancel my debit card. Fortunately my bank agreed it was fraudulent so hopefully should have the money back soon. I have also raised a case with trading standards.

Schemers!! Did not subscribe to anything these were advertising, nor would I want to! Yet money was taken from my account!! Spoke to someone from this company over phone, they will not refund!!!

have been told they ahve reached out but no email or text yet, possibly sending the email to gmail.com i only get emails when you put in googlemail.com please get in touch

i have also sent an email to your support team last night, if someone could get back to that would be great

waiting for the pending transaction to clear in my bank before further editing my review, have asked for an arn but nothing.

Newest update

Transaction has been taken after the company has said they have not;

"I have checked your account and can confirm that no payments have been taken."

Money has been taken, please rectify this.

Tried to take 29.50 from my account dont even know who you are never gave you permission to do that just lucky my bank has safe protocol and messages me b4 any debits are taken from my account disgusted to say the least should be done for theft

Scam company - charge for a service you do not want/need

Looking for short term loans to support an unexpected debt for 5 days - and this company presents itself as a short term lender. It is actually a subscription service to “savings” and it gets you to underhandedly sign up by asking you to verify your card details to confirm that the account is a UK account which a loan can be paid into. They then charge you £29.50 for their “savings and discount scheme”. It’s an awful way to get money out of people who are already struggling. Why would someone looking for a loan have £29.50 to be charged.
I have emailed the team for a refund at support at onsaving, as the number 03303502*** appears to be closed for the Bank Holiday.

Stay away from this company, they don't issue refunds!

Don't think they understand what a 14 day cooling off period is... I requested a refund for something I don't remember subscribing too and was even reminded, when I sent them an email about this they said I cannot be refunded as I was out of the 14 day cooling off period as my account was made a month ago but the money just got taken out of my account a few hours ago. Horrific, they even have a whole refund page explaining how they would refund customers if we want to cancel at anytime.

EDIT: 29th March
Got my money back NOT because of the company, but because of my bank. They never released the funds to this dodgy company so im guessing they saw it was a scam and gave my money back.

SCAM! Taking money I can’t even afford without ANY contact from an alleged subscription!!!

Taken £29.50 out of my account completely without my knowledge of being signed up for a subscription. I have tried to call today and it says the office is closed! I even tried logging in using my usual sign in details and an account with them doesn’t even exist for me to cancel my subscription! I have severe mental health and physical health conditions and rely on benefits to scrape by and for them to take this money without my knowledge or any communication is disgraceful. I have no account details to provide anyone with as I didn’t set up or sign up to a subscription with them. I am utterly disgusted and reading other reviews I am immensely worried I will not receive a refund even if I manage to get hold of a team member. I will reporting to the FCA and financial ombudsman to fight this as I simply cannot afford this charge, and NEVER signed up for it. It’s a complete scam, their website says call us to cancel and that they are open Saturdays 10-4 yet I’ve just rang and it says they are closed. How am I supposed to even attempt to cancel a subscription that I have no knowledge or details of?!
