On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.
Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.
Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.

Tried to take money out of my account when I didn’t subscribe or buy anything. Luckily my bank declined the payment because they didn’t recognize it. AVOID ❗️❗️

AVOID!! An elderly relative was purchasing a PAYG topup but clicked the wrong network. On topup refuse to change the credit to the correct network. I confirmed with the network that the number doesn’t exist on their network, so it can’t have been successful transaction and no monies have been transferred to the network. Terrible company!

Terrable organisation. YOU MUST Avoid!! They have taken an unauthorised recurring subscription when I clearly did not opt for it. They have refused to refund. Diabolical customer service. I had spoken to someone, Charise Johnson, about this issue from your team, so I clearly have a merchant detail. Do not gaslight, please

This was easy to use, but although I've received a receipt the money hasn't been credited to my phone and I'm wondering why.

Used once for a top up on my parents phone during a network changeover.
Now discovered I've been signed up for monthly top ups on a network which is no longer in use. If recurring payments are to be taken, this information should be made very clear at the time of sign up, not just hidden in the piles of T&C's that wouldn't normally be read just to top a phone up.
I've emailed customer services to express my dissatisfaction.
I expect a timely response, plus a full refund.

This company is an absolute scam. I used it only once, yet they took out more money just yesterday. I did not subscribe or register to this company. I had to phone my card supplier so ontopup has now been blocked. BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU USE THEM JUST ONCE THEY SUBSCRIBE YOU WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORISATION. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REFUNDED WITHIN 2 HOURS WHEN I PHONED TO QUERY STILL NOT REFUNDED. This company is a real scam and con PLEASE DO NOT USE. WHEN I DID PHONE THEM TO QUERY THE PAYMENT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY RUDE IMPERTINENT AND SARCASTIC. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
