Would put one star if possible

Would put one star if possible. The marked as delivered, sent a picture that’s not even remotely close to me (I searched) I sent a picture of what my porch looked like and they sent back still that it was delivered and their investigation is complete. (Too bad basically).

I’m home and got a notification that my package could not be delivered. OnTrac has also mis-delivered my packages on multiple occasions. It’s a terrible service and provides little transparency as to when packages will be delivered. It’s also impossible to speak to an actual human being when something goes wrong. It blows my mind that any company uses them as a delivery service.

OnTrac Company deliver my order from…Gap

OnTrac Company deliver my order from GAP, tracking number 1LS722707610425 and shows delivery on April 29, 2026, as a proof it send picture of the doorstep with number of apartment. It turns out that the delivery was done in the wrong building, therefore picture of the apartment are useless and meaningless. Complex where I live have 49 building and each of them has multiple apartments. I don't have ability to walk all around to seek my delivery. Attempt to contact company was futile and complain about wrong delivery was answered without any useful information and no attempt from the company to recover delivery

Worthless delivery service

Two separate times I have ordered live plants from fast growing trees.com they were shipped by ontrac The first shipment plants came damaged The second shipment the plants got within an hour of my house and we're completely lost vanished into thin air trust me if I could I would give this company no stars

Delivered the our package to the wrong…

Delivered the our package to the wrong address even though all the houses have house numbers. When contacted they claimed to have investigated and then said if we didn’t get the package to contact the retailer. They took no responsibility and did nothing to make it right. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!

Incomprehensibly terrible

Incomprehensibly terrible. "Out for delivery" on two days, with a fake "attempt at delivery" on the day in-between. Customer service people who can't or won't offer any help beyond "did you know you can track your package?". How is this a real company?

Absolutely Useless

I've had a few Walmart orders delivered by these clowns. They drop it anywhere in the driveway area - in the rain, in a mound of slush or snow , in front of the garage doors where it cannot be seen and therefore easy to drive over... anywhere but on the front porch where every other carrier leaves their packages.

Awful most awful courier of all

Awful most awful courier of all! Twice now they fail to deliver my Free people purchase saying undeliverable, failed delivery and so forth. UPS, DHL, Fedex and USPS do not have any issues. Freepeople should not contract with this courier they are losing a lot of money! Now Freepeople for the 3rd time is resending my purchase via UPS overnight and thank you to them. I will make sure never to have ontrac/lazership as courier!!

Absolutely Awful

EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE that is attempted to be delivered through this service (regardless of shipper) is delayed due to an "Incomplete Address" requiring me to create an exceptions case and resend the same address. It's impossible to contact the company to address this ongoing issue as they only have AI bots that send you in circles with no resolution. It's infuriating. I've now requested any companies I order form regularly flag not to use them as a shipping company for me. Absolutely worthless shipping company. I have no idea why any business would use them.

ONTRAC DELIVERY PERSON STOLE CONTENTS...

I have on security camera that the delivery driver for OnTrac Logistics 1st took a photo that they delivered the box, then opened it & stole several items out of my package, attempted to tape it back up with scotch tape (like you would use to wrap a birthday present), poorly at that. I called both the store who packaged it as well as OnTrac. OnTrac literally said they wouldn't do anything, they wouldn't accept my video or photos & dismissed it like it was nothing! I have read so many issues with people with the same issues or that the company/driver lied, said they delivered the package when they didn't. NEVER USE ONTRAC!

Lazy drivers

Had to give them something but deserve a -1. This the 12th time my package was delivered to the garage and the 8th time it was stolen. Either they have poor vision or just asinine. The funny thing on their website, they have testimonials but nothing to address any negativity. If you search the internet out of 850 reviews ONLY 2 have positive and the rest negative with practically all the same issues. I get an email back from customer services saying the package was delivered. Yes, but not to the front door. And hence someone took it. I have reported this to Walmart several times and now writing a letter to the corporate office. They are the ones paying for incompetence. Lastly check out the Better Business Bureau, sadly ALL negative. They should be shut down or ALL retrained on how to do a proper job!

If I could give this company a ZERO…

If I could give this company a ZERO rating, I would have. I contacted them, immediately, to cancel a delivery. Three days later the package was delivered and was damaged. Product was falling out all over the front steps. I didn't ask for them and never will!

Completely and utterly incompetent. I used to shop online regularly at a particular upscale department store in the Seattle area and had to switch because of the non-stop issues with delivery done by OnTrac. It's been five years, I forgot and I placed an order for a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered on May 13. Today is the 15th and the tracker says now it's due to be delivered on the 18th, five days late (so far), and too late for the birthday boy. They shipped it from Los Angeles. I live in Seattle. Where's the item right now? NEW JERSEY. How is it even possible to mess up that badly. Utterly useless -- worse than useless.
