Package undeliverable?

I have two packages coming to my house from the same seller. They were marked as out for delivery at 11:16 and then 11:20 I got a message saying business was closed and I needed to give them hours of operation. So, I looked into where they were being shipped from. They are over 20 min away from my home. They didn't even attempt to deliver the package. This package never even left their facility, and they don't allow you to pick it up. Absolute Garbage Company.

Reliable Company

One of my favorite online stores started shipping packages using OnTrac a few months ago. I was unfamiliar with the company and did not know what to expect, but I should not have been worried. I have since received approximately ten shipments through OnTrac from that retailer and from a couple of others. My experience has been very positive. Packages have arrived quickly, tracking information has been accurate, and deliveries have been completed without issue. I have come to trust OnTrac based on my experience.

Cheap service isn't great

I understand with how the Economy is today that everyone wants to save money, even the companies, but when people order online they are expecting their items in a timely manner. You don't get that with OnTrac. They are bad for a reason, they don't have professionalism at all. Unlike those of FedEx, UPS, even the USPS have semi decent professionalism than OnTrac. You can't contact OnTrac with delivery instructions, and they don't have time frame when delivering packages. They don't even care if they damage your items, they do whatever they want and to hell with the customer that ordered the items. It's sad, but truthful.

bought an item from Intex on Amazon

bought an item from Intex on Amazon. It was promised yesterday. wait all day, then at 8:15pm "out for delivery" changes to "delivery pending" - today, it says "out for delivery" again. opened chat, they told me it wasn't on the truck yesterday, but they did load it correctly today. I asked how they knew, and he said he can't say, just that it is on the truck. Can't trust amazon, but they are too big to fail at this point. Also cant trust OnTrac.. hopefully they go under. Worst delivery service ever. Have more trust in Doordash.

I ordered a Ninja Creami shipped through Ontrac

I ordered a Ninja Creami from the Ninja Website shipped via Ontrac on May 24th and it shipped May 26th and estimated delivery May 28th after that it was delayed every day consecutively until June 3rd until it was marked “Undeliverable” whatever that means. They likely stole it, lost it or broke it. Ninja reshipped it expedited through FedEx and took care of me. These companies only care about saving a few dollars by shipping with a subpar logistics company. I will no longer order anything if I know it will be shipped through Ontrac and if I do I will cancel and get a refund. I don’t even know how they stay in business. Worst shipping company ever.

Shady delivery LLC

We have never received a package delivered by ontrac, that wasn't opened, opened with missing items or just didn't get the package. We stopped buying from Old Navy because that's who they use to deliver to our area.

They delivered to the wrong address

They delivered to the wrong address, took a pic of it and posted it was delivered. When I filed a complaint, they told me they did an investigation and found the product was delivered. Mind you their driver took the pic of the wrong house/address and posted it themselves. Just horrible, piss poor service and customer service. Wish they weren’t used by the companies I order from.

3rd delivered by ontrac package in a…

3rd delivered by ontrac package in a row - multiple items are missing from a box. I found an empty packaging of one of the missing item by my driveway in the grass. Item was for my daughter and she cried when noticed an empty package. They deliver open packages, leave them with the open side down in front of the door camera, take a photo and mark as delivered. Their page doesn't let negative feedback to go through. They customer service congratulated me on getting a package delivered when I complained to them. Lots of money lost not sure how to stop them from delivering to our area.

Poor delivery service

If I could give below one star times 1 million I would On Trac is a poor no delivery service. Why do Walmart, continue to use On Trac with all these negative reviews. As always hit and miss with them sad again no delivery waited few days to get a shipment On Trac delivering I knew that was a mistake as always, no delivery.

This company shouldn't be in operation after years of bad reviews. Why do retail companies like Nordstrom, BestBuy and Walmart keep using this nonsense??? Too bad "-0" doesn't come on the ratings. I blame these retailers for taking the cheap, cheap way to ship. It's costing them, because if I order anything else online. I'll demand another delivery service and if they won't comply with my wish, then good ridden, I'll go get the item myself somewhere else.

Terrible driversTerrible customer service

I have been waiting for a package all day and then it suddenly said my package was unable to be delivered because of a missing code. I do not have a code and I checked my ring camera and no one showed up, I tryd to go to the website to seek help and the bot kept telling me about a locker code when I do not have a locker at all this was a delivery to my home address and after I try to explain the situation the bot kicked me out of the messages and ended the conversation and when I tryd to get in touch with a live agent the live agent never arrived there was no time estimate for when they would alive and the bot kept trying to stop me from talking to a live agent. Overall terrible service nothing good about it, and the bot said that delivery drivers are not required to call the person if they can not deliver a package which is weird to me. If you can stick with a more professional shipping company like ups,usps, amazon things that have actual customer support service.

They deserve 0 stars. Drivers always either leave it at the wrong address or try and steal my package till I file a claim and it magically is delivered later. A blindfolded carrier pigeon with a clipped wing is more reliable than these oafs.

The idiot delivered My Victoria Secret…

The idiot delivered My Victoria Secret order at the wrong door and he sent me proof of the delivery which I took to the idiot's door and he denied receiving my package. I contacted this company and I was informed they have opened a case. If the fuvking delivery person had paid attention or called the cell phone number on my package , I wouldn't be going through this unnecessary stress. Victoria Secret needs to stop using this company.

They delivered something not for me and won't let me tell them

I had a delivery today from Ontrac but they dropped off an additional package that was not for me. So what do I do? I go to their website and search for a number to call them to alert them of their mistake. The numbers do not work and customers are not permitted to speak, text or email anyone. I spent over thirty minutes trying to figure out how to contact them and still haven't been able to do so. I would bring it to the person it belongs to but it is probably an apartment with security. I'm mad that they made this my problem. if ontrac reads this the package is outside for your driver. I am in Lamont. My initials are J.S. and my true delivery was from office depot. The name of my street begins with a "C"

This delivery service is the worst

First time with them and they delivered to the wrong house. I need to wait 2 days and the agent, Kathy, ended the chat when I wasn't done. They are the worst and all of these services with independent delivery drivers are terrible.

Found it six weeks later, but it was delivered.

Delivered as expected, but was left in place that wasn't obvious, found it two months later when snow melted, was delivered in Berwyn, PA during the January 2026 trifecta snowstorms. They need to add photos to the delivery confirmation for the customer, not just the vendor.
