Won about 2k off multiple bets. My redemption status has been pending for days. I go back to look and it's all disappeared. And still nothing in my bank account. I got a response that there was an issue with my withdrawal method which is strange. But nothing has returned to my redemption status except one withdrawal. Customer service is taking their time to respond and fix my issue and ive reached out to them several times. I am not impressed and feel like I am getting scammed.

I really appreciate customer service, especially that one guy named Patrick. He has helped me alot and replied really quick!. Overall the app itself is good Im and the employees, that help you out aswell!.

I never write reviews so this just shows how bad the situation has gotten. Onyx odds has refused to pay out my $12000 that I won on there site and the customer support has been awful. Please stay away from this site they are scammers they will not pay out if you’re profitable.

You can’t get your redemption and customer service seems to have no clue.
You can only talk by email and get abbreviated responses that you have to keep asking for additional help!

They run a promotion to spend $10 and receive $100 in bonus bets, but the bonus bets do not convert correctly to say the least. They give you 4 $25 credits that have to be used in those increments and when you bet it straight on something it comes back to $25 or less that you make. Very interesting promotion I won't be back

Onyx has a great interface that's easy to navigate, there's everything money lines, totals spreads player props and alternate lines and more. The thing I found that made them stand out from the other sites/apps I've used is there customer service. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful. There's also a great discord community that does a lot of cool stuff too.
