Sent four agents for me to choose from
Sent four agents for me to choose from. All gave me the details I needed. Three left me their contact numbers. I liked all three but managed to choose one. He was excellent and got me a great price in under 3 weeks.

The ease of choosing an Agent and the downfall of choosing the wrong one!
The experience I had was the ease of finding a local R/E Agent without the fuss of trying to find one myself.
The down side was the one I chose 360 R/E was the worst company I have ever come across! No advertising or home opens for the first month. Second month had two home opens for 20 min each. No communication for updates and no returning of calls. I've wasted nearly 3 months with this 360 R/E. To top it off, I had to pay an Admin fee before they would take it down off advertising, so I couldn't go with another R/E company!! Talk about bully tactics!
