The people in this company are exhausting. Guy named Conner has dragged me for 8 months straight for simple yes/no answers and when I ask for a refund or threaten them with a chargeback, "Why didn't you say earlier that this was the problem?". Jokes on me, he just bought 4 more months of time to drag me only to say my accent was the problem. Shame on them honestly. My refund has been under review for almost a month without any communication.

Don't trust them, don't believe them, and if you do for whatever reason, keep your finger on the 'chargeback' trigger.

My experience with OptiGrow LLC has been extremely disappointing and concerning.

After entering into an agreement for services, the company failed to deliver as committed. The company was sold to another organization. They were supposed to restart a new contract and deliver. Instead, they offered a settlement with 3 payments of 2K$ each. Instead of honoring their contractual obligations, they later attempted to rely on a clause allowing them to unilaterally discontinue their obligations altogether. This effectively leaves clients without service and without a meaningful remedy. The clause is considered abusive and would never hold up in court.

What is particularly troubling is the lack of transparency and communication. Despite multiple attempts to engage in a constructive dialogue to resolve the situation, these efforts were not followed through. The point of contact in the new organization will not engage in any communications than sporadic emails, even when I requested a video call.

At the time of signing, key elements related to their internal situation were already known, yet not properly addressed. This raises serious concerns about how agreements are structured and presented to clients.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with NEW Co OptiGrow exercise extreme caution, ensure full clarity on contractual terms, and carefully assess the enforceability and fairness of those terms before committing.

Saw my partner go through a nightmare with Optigrow, deliverables not met and a refund agreed in writing but not paid. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

My family hired Optigrow for marketing services. The service fell short of what was agreed and the follow-up has been very frustrating and upsetting for the whole family. Optigrow acknowledged the issue and agreed to repay/refund in writing, but it still hasn’t paid. Avoid at all costs!

In April 2025 I hired Optigrow for marketing services under a "money-back guarantee" contract with agreed deliverables and timelines. Optigrow did not fulfil the agreed scope, and the service fell materially short of what was promised.
When I raised this and requested a refund (per the contract terms), Optigrow signed a written agreement confirming they would repay/refund me, but the refund was not paid by the agreed date. Since then, resolving this has been time-consuming and frustrating.
If you’re considering marketing services do not use this company!

I'll tell you my story. You can decide whether you want to trust them.

July 2025, we signed a "money-back guarantee" contract to help me grow my coaching business. They wanted $6,000 upfront, and if they didn't get me 10 clients, they would refund the full amount (less my ad spend). We signed a Splitit.com contract, which gives them the money now but I need to pay $500/mo. After two weeks, they came back to me with copy for the new ads. The main copy they presented was copied word-for-word from my website. The second copy was very poor.

I had something else come up, so I asked to get out of the contract, they said fine, no problem. They said they will charge me $325 to cancel, I said fine, cancel.

They weren't able to cancel. They said I should just pay $500 a month and they'll send me the money back. I said sure. I sent my $500 to Splitit (their finance company is WHOP) in August, and a week later, Adler sent me $500. It worked fine.

Then in September, the account manager said he's arranged to cancel the contract. I agreed. He said he'd have WHOP send me all the money I had sent in (by then it was $1670. Less the $325 we agreed I would forfeit, they owed me $1345. I asked for $1341. He said over and over I would get this money back. He promised many times he would "take care of it." In December, I said it shouldn't take 4 months. He said don't worry, they will contact you to send your money back.

January 1st I was contacted by a "resolution" company that was going to step in and figure out what I was owed, although they already agreed what I was owed. This company's website doesn't really exist. I discovered that this was not a real company.

Optigrow's owners keep saying their website, which you can find online (links are not allowed), is out of date and they need to take it down - they said that in September, and it hasn't changed, the information is wrong. Their "new" website (links not allowed) shows that they are now a software company.

Finally, on January 4th, after 5 long months of many excuses and delays, they refunded the balance owed (without the help of their "resolution" company).

These guys clearly have made this agency their life's work. very attentive and so far we have produced a 6x return on my adspend which is awesome.
