After my original review, the company requested that I remove individual names, which I’ve done to comply with platform guidelines.

However, the issue remains unchanged. I paid what was presented as a “refundable deposit.” When I decided not to move forward and requested my refund, responses became virtually non-existent. Multiple follow-ups were sent, and I received little to no meaningful communication.

Attempts to get clarity through their Discord platform went nowhere. Instead of resolving the situation directly, communication stalled.

I stand by my experience. If a company offers a refundable deposit, it should honor that commitment and respond professionally when a customer asks for their money back.

Do not let them Trick you into a “refundable deposit” to try it and cancel after a couple days if you do not want to move forward.

Hey all, wanted to leave a review for these guys that have literally helped me build my business from zero to now doing over 40k per month in the past 5 months. If you’re scared of taking the jump with these guys, just do it and you wont be dissapointed.

Horrible experience lost all my money and got no results. 2 other clients of theirs had had the same experience… 0 results

Leadscape’s advertising is extremely misleading. Nowhere in their ads do they clearly disclose that their “guarantees” (such as closed clients) require very high ad spend to even be possible. That’s a critical detail that should be upfront, not something you only learn after signing.

What’s worse is their accountability. If performance is clearly below KPI and results are poor, they still find a way to shift the blame onto the client. And if you don’t complete a full month with them — even when they are objectively underperforming — they use that as an excuse to avoid responsibility for missed targets.

Instead of owning poor delivery, they hide behind technicalities and contract language. The experience feels structured to protect them, not to actually help clients succeed.

If you’re considering them, be very careful:
• Ask about minimum ad spend needed for their guarantees
• Get KPI definitions in writing
• Clarify what happens if they miss targets

Otherwise, you may end up paying for underperformance and getting blamed for it.

They claim to have many things done in a proper way and offer many more things than he actually does. Here’s a full list of things they failed to do and then once I refused to continue because we were not going to hit out KPI a refund has been denied.

1) We’d launch 1 week after Dec 1st when I paid - we launched Jan 10. Massive delays and “holidays affected” it. But they still made $100k that month bc they care more about making the money than making you money
2) Expert closer - the closer unfortunately had little to no closing experience and they claimed they would.
3) Sales training provided - legit just didn’t do this lol
4) Expert ad development - they hire or have an in house cheap editor who will not make your ads look like theirs. Ads will be cheaply edited and not great quality.
5) Ad tracking - they claim you are unable to accurately track if leads schedule on your website. They did not properly setup a conversions api or anything.

After all this I had a guaratneed refund after 30 days of ads being live. They were live for 13 and we didn’t even get 1 and the service was just terrible overall so I asked for a refund and they declined.

Expect delays. Expect poorer service than they promise. Do yourself a favor and just run your own ads.

During the marketing process they guarantee a certain amount of clients, the caviot being that if you sign at their $10k/mo minimum program (which is not disclosed to you before)

Then once they've got you on the call they will give you the most high-pressure sales guy they have who will (literally) spend an hour and a half on trying to get you to sign on the call.

These are some kids who are just focused on making a quick buck, I regret even reaching out to them. I've heard a lot more unhappy clients as well.

Also a simple google search will show you a YT video from an unhappy client, the video is 100% true and I've verified it.

I was going to work with them, they seem very nice but I went in and trusted that I would get my deposit back and they forced me into booking another call, “to get my deposit back” and after he couldn’t get me to sign, he said he refunded it but it’s been over a week and it still hasn’t shown up, I had to submit a dispute with my card because I reached out and was just ignored. They used the deposit as a way to get me back on a call. When I truly am just not in a place to buy their services, go to closers.io or scaleclients.io. They actually care and don’t tell you to put some sort of deposit. Never just trust someone blindly and hand them money. It just feels fake and doesn’t seem like they truly care about helping your business.

I've worked with Jake, Tom & Nate for quite a while now and they really care about your business like their own. I have signed a few clients while working with them. Would highly recommend!

It’s a scam. They’re making you pay 300 dollars for “entry” into their system and a promise for a call AND PROMISE FOR REFUND but they don’t give you anything and they never give you a refund!

These guys are the real deal. Their ad campaigns have literally filled up my calendar and im only 40 days in now, closed my first two clients and im only improving from here with the help of the team on the sales side.
Would highly recommend as they actually care about their clients and it shows in their fast communication and personalized help!!

Great hands on team, always very engaged in your process. They are constantly telling you what you need to do to improve, which I love. What they do works, highly recommend working with these guys if you want to scale your business, or even just start one.

I’ve worked with Leadscape for about 3 months. Worked with 4 marketing agencies promising the world and these guys are the first that I can say actually delivered me results, although they were right at that “minimum guarantee”
With that being said, I can vouch for these guys. They really do care and you can tell based on the extreme level of communication they have with you and they really treat your business as their own.

Highly disappointing experience with Leadscape.au after spending approximately $6,000 over the course of 2 to 3 months with zero return on investment. The company owner advertises a bold promise of 10 high-ticket clients in 30 days or your money back, but critical details like the requirement to spend $300 per day on ads to qualify for that guarantee were not clearly disclosed during the sales process. Much of the "done-for-you" service was actually do-it-yourself, including video creation, video editing, some of the ad setup, and additional software fees.
Despite following their process, I received no results, and when I requested a refund, I was met with delays (over 4 MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH), broken promises, and ultimately no resolution. And i've been running my biz for a while, already had clients, lots of client results of when i used to work for free, etc. we have everything built out already, it was just a matter of getting the right lead agency to give us results. LeadScape didn't give that to us
In my experience, Leadscape operated with no transparency and questionable ethics. In my opinion, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do your research and explore other, more honest alternatives before investing. Anyone saying otherwise is likely being paid off and its pretty obvious

Jake, Tom, Nate and Sam have been absolutely excellent. I have never waited more than a few hours for a response to important questions, they meet with me multiple times per week, and really have been an incredible resource to help me scale my AI agency.
