Optimise Healthcare Group Avis 

I've been a patient of optimise for 8 months now and my experience has been great. They have been understanding and extremely helpful answering all my questions post diagnosis. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been a patient with optimise for over 6 months now. I was diagnosed in January and started medication shortly after. I've had regular follow ups and every doctor I have seen have been very very good.
And the women behind the desk have always been very nice if I've ever had any problems with anything I just send an email and they have always got back to me and have always been very helpful.
Overall my experience with optimise has been very good and I would highly recommend.

The organisation isn’t very good. Been waiting weeks for a prescription to be signed off and sent to my chemist but the DR has been on annual leave and apparently only he can do it. I don’t think my health can wait for DR to come back off holiday. Should have other Dr’s to sign off prescriptions. Also send emails no reply and phone up to speak to someone and phone lines are turned off. Not good enough.

Can't thank the company and staff enough from start to finish been a very easy and pleasant experience thay have been more than helpful with the time I spent with them through my diagnosis to sorting medication

I was really anxious about the assessments as it's very private and personal. But each assessor was not only very patient and understanding but respectful in their approach to me. Making me feel at ease and for the first time ever I felt understood and not like a head case. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an ADHD or Autistic assessment.

I was told I’d have a follow up email with information about my diagnosis and still haven’t received one.

So pleased with the service provided at optimise I was referred under the NHS via the gp and was seen within a matter of months, the whole process was done with care and compassion . The clinicians were professional and lovely and have been so helpful with the diagnosis of
Adhd and autism Can’t thank them enough and would recommend them

The initial interaction was very good, easy to book and availability of appointments. Reception staff in Warrington were good, as were the medical team. However, 5 weeks after the final assessment, I am still to receive the final report. Awful conclusion to what had been a positive process.

Really good quality assessment process with friendly and knowledgeable consultants. It would have been faultless had it not been for some challenges over the forms, they were sent out for completion and done after the first email. The second email suggested the forms needed to be completed but, having done them already got a little frustrated in thinking this was not acknowledged and may need to be repeated (it didn’t). The next set I was sent to complete (8 forms) I had missed one and was requested to fill in the forms again, it wasn’t obvious if any were not done so I had to contact to find out. A little more clarity and diligence on the email messages would really help perfect an otherwise faultless service.

What a refreshing change. After waiting a considerable time we were offered an appointment with Optimise to assess my adult daughter for ASD. We had zoom meetings throughout the day which were taken by two medical professionals who were kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for you time, diagnosis and support.

Very quick referal from the GP for my son. Virtual call with a lovely doctor who listened and had very good advice. We are so lucky to have been seen so quickly

5 weeks ago I had my Ados assessment and found the two ladies that dealt with me very kind, informative and professional. The assessment, consultation and diagnosis was all done by video link and made it easier for myself to adjust to. The diagnosis took 5 weeks and was very clear and understanding, I am just waiting on the report to be sent to me now. Thankyou Optimise.

Brilliant, fast and efficient service to receive my ADHD diagnosis. Seamless from start to finish, I felt listened to by the professionals, two assessment sessions and received my diagnosis within 3 months of referral being received. Thanks to the team!

I had my first appointment with optimise and from start to finish it was great I came away with my diagnosis. I’ve struggle with this for the last 30 years so to finally be diagnosed was a relief! Took my son for an assessment today and was made to feel very welcome from the moment we entered to the minute we left. Staff were so welcoming and very professional during the entire appointment, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very insightful and explained the next weeks for me. They are planning further assessment to hopefully get me the right support. Thankyou

Nice carrying doctor who I saw. Completely understood my case. Asked me all about my illnesses and went in depth. I didn’t feel uncomfortable once.
I felt totally at ease which is strange for me. Apart from my blood pressure test where I could feel a bit of panic.
But otherwise I was happy how the video appointment went and the outcome which I wasn’t concerned about because I need the help I’m getting and I am getting the best care and attention that is available at the moment from the nhs and this group optimise so I thank all the doctors and nurses and everyone involved who help me

What a lovely team and organisation. Prior to my assessment appointment, the customer service team were really helpful. On the day of my assessment, I was made to feel at ease and given honest information in a sensitive manner. I was able to ask questions and shown patience and empathy throughout. 10/10

Referred for ADHD diagnosis/treatment by GP. I have been seeing Optimise for around 6 months.

I'm very happy with Optimise; all the appointments have been virtual, but very straight forward. The staff also appear knowledgeable (to a layperson like me) and are understanding.

The only issue I've had is with the delivery of my medication, however I would be surprised if there wasn't any. When issues have arisen, it has always been easy to get in touch and they have been quickly remedied.

All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Great service, happy to recommend to others.
