This programme was excellent in its organisation and delivery. Support was timely and freely available. There were good examples of coaching in action and the supervision and additional learning was pitched at just the right level for me (and as someone with ADHD I find it easy to get switched off!). Details around course work and ethics were well managed and i found the feedback on my coaching helpful and meaningful. The team were great and fostered a great sense of community in our group - all in all one of the best programmes I have been on in the coaching space and certainly the best in ND.

I’ve just completed the Optimus Advanced Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching and would highly recommend the course. I really valued the lived and professional experience of the trainers, and also the fact that there was a mix of neurotypical and neurodivergent students within the cohort.
It is very easy to cause harm when you lack awareness of how brains work differently and that no two people have exactly the same lived experience and challenges. This course definitely helps coaches to be 'safe' for neurodivergent clients.

I can highly recommend Optimus Coaching Academy, they have been amazing from start to finish and still continue to offer alumni support through the online portal. Ruth, Donna, Crystal and all the tutors were professional yet friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I was looking to become an accredited coach to add to my existing coaching qualifications and experience. I also wanted to learn more about neuroscience and somatic coaching so the Optimus qualification seemed like the best fit. During the course we had a range of coaches mentoring us and facilitating sessions and each of them was excellent. I learned a lot about how to meet ICF markers and gained ideas and insights to build on my existing approaches to coaching. It was all perfectly set up to make accreditation straightforward and has definitely done what I needed it to do. I also felt it was good value in a crowded market of coaching providers.

I recently completed the Level 2 upgrade with Optimus and found the course exceptionally well designed and thoughtfully structured. I especially valued the holistic approach, bringing together essential elements of effective coaching — from positive psychology and neuroscience to somatics.

The Optimus Level 2 course has been the best investment I have made, not only for my career, but for my personal development as well.

From the outset, the course is manageable, exceptionally well organised, and thoughtfully structured. You are supported throughout, with ample reference materials and clear guidance at every stage. The weekly live sessions are excellent: engaging, practical, and genuinely valuable rather than performative.

My cohort was exceptional. A diverse, committed, and deeply human group of people who brought real movement, insight, and generosity to the learning experience. The trainers are outstanding: knowledgeable, grounded, and generous with their experience. Each week is structured to allow sufficient time to practise, observe, reflect, and integrate, which makes the learning stick.

The neuroscience content is particularly well presented, with each chapter building clearly and coherently. The tools and frameworks I’ve gained are immediately usable not theoretical for theory’s sake, but practical and confidence-building. It is ideal both for new coaches and for more experienced practitioners seeking professional accreditation and deeper grounding.

I genuinely cannot fault the Optimus’s team or the course itself. It has been life-changing in the truest sense expanding my capability, my confidence, and my self-awareness.

Excellent coach training company; just finished my 8 month PCC and could not fault the high quality service alongside professional delivery. I had a few concerns going in, but none of these materialised as there is help and support whenever you need it. Would thoroughly recommend it as my life has been transformed.
