Really excellent facilitation

The career niche training session with Sarah Bramall, was truly transformative. Sarah is an incredible trainer who brings a perfect blend of deep expertise, high energy, and genuine kindness to the room. Not only was the course material incredibly rich and well-structured, but she also took the time to thoughtfully address every question from the group. I've walked away with a wealth of new knowledge and, most importantly, much-needed clarity on my professional niche.

Completed the Career Coaching Training which was a very informative programe with relevant tools and theory. Really enjoyed the course and the trainer, Sarah Bramall, was knowledgeable and gave really good insights. Well done Coaching Academy for another brilliant training programe.

The module “Coaching Models” was really only an introduction and somehow not that interesting. The practice time during the live module was too short to really go deeper and understand it. I felt that this was only a “time filling” module.

This was my best experience of training with the Coaching Academy to date; the trainer was positive and motivated throughout and kept the training moving along at a pace so I didn’t get bored. The information given was interesting and I picked up lots of practical tips and tricks to take into my coaching.

An excellent establishment that fully equips you to feel confident, responsibly and ethically practising. Excellent trainers with invaluable experience and knowledge. The guidance and support is phenomenal. The live training for Empowering the Coaching relationship was incredible, I felt supported, learning so much about important factors such as Empathy/sympathy, The training run by Sharon used learning styles suitable and adapted to all learning styles which is pretty amazing in my view, a huge feat, successfully met. I have come away with so much insight and personal insight on how I can improve and deliver the best service to my clients and use tools to self asess to ensure I turn up fully present and my best self for the client. Thank you Sharon such and empowering training!

I like the content but the sessions seem far longer than is necessary. I really like the 8- 10 minute break outs, that's a really good time. But then essentially repeating the same exercise in the big room seems unnecessary. In the last session the whole first 30minutes was asking people, first in breakouts then altogether, our thoughts after the session the evening before. That's a whole quarter of the session!

Also, a previous session leader had said its fine to have cameras off during the main room sessions. That was really encouraging for me as I have Chronic Fatigue and staying on camera after a long day at work is a lot for me. But this time the trainer put pressure on several times to turn cameras on, with no thought given to those who might need to be off-camera for various reasons. This made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Definitely, every minute in the training was worth recording and having as a guide in the coaching journey. It touched small to big steps, from the intake session until supporting an empowered coachee.

Great tutors who built a learning environment people could thrive in.

The best part of being part of the coaching academy is meeting so many liked minded people, who are all on a similar journey. We get to learn from each other, and the incredible teachers and mentors that run the course. So incredibly grateful to have found a course that I can fit around my 9-5, family life, and running a business whilst I study. Could not recomend it highly enough!

Great module. Alittle rushed at times when demonstrating them but the time given to experiment was helpful. Could be one of my favourite modules so far.
