Excellent. Seriously. I saw someone else comment that they accepted and fulfilled a repair nobody else (any high street opticians; even those who make repairs) would not go near. I was thinking at one point to buy a new pair, costing over £240. Repair was to weld both nose arms back onto the frame.
I came across Opto Glasses Repair and my goodness…..
Simply put, I contact them and send pictures on watsapp, they confirm the repair, I ship within the hour. Arrives next day, repaired that day and they ship back to me the very same day. I would’ve received it the next day had Royal Mail not have a delay.
Sent on Tues, received on Thu.

I snapped the hinge on my glasses. Posted them off to Opto Glasses and had them back within a week. Brilliant service and you can't even see they have been repaired!

After my 2 year old broke my glasses, my opticians said I'd need to buy new glasses. Opto repaired them and they're now like new. Excellent service and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend them.

Swift turnaround, quality repair
The arm of my partner’s Viktor & Rolf glasses were broken by an optician (in France) whilst attempting to replace a screw. Nobody on the High Street would repair them or could suggest somebody who could. One kind person in Boots suggested I look online and showed me the Opto site. I could not be happier with the company. Quick turnaround, high quality repair and regular updates. Highly Recommended .

OUTSTANDING!
I have a pair of Tom Ford glasses that needed a good clean and some TLC. I reached out to Opto to ask what could be done and they replied saying g id be pleased with the result. What they did was outstanding, my glasses came back like new, I can’t believe how good a job they did. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
