We're a wall art company at our core, but a few years back we decided to try out a new promo where customers get a voucher for a complimentary resort stay with their wall art order. The promo was a huge hit, and now we've launched our own in-house travel voucher program instead of relying on 3rd-party companies that don't always share our values of taking phenomenal care of our customers. UPDATE: VERY satisfied with customer service

The only reason I made a purchase was to get the great hotel deals as promised in their ads. After making my purchase, I got the link to choose which property I want to get the deal from. Prior to purchasing, I was enticed by most of their ads talking about Hawaii properties. But when I look into those, they belong to the *upgrade group. Meaning, they require higher amount to book it. I browsed within the *standard hotel group, but did not find a combination of : four-star hotel with high guest ratings. Most of the properties were 3-star only.

I was promised by customer service that they will continue to assist me until I am satisfied with my purchase (or unpurchase).

UPDATE: Customer service rendered prompt and appropriate solution. Thumbs-up all the way!! Thank you, Aaron!

Hello there! It sounds like there must have been a bit of a misunderstanding. It's true that we did run Hawaii-specific ads in the past. Unfortunatley, the 3rd-party program we used to use for Hawaii went downhill big-time and we had to stop using them. With our own new in-house voucher program, we've tried to explain upfront on our landing page the current situation with Hawaii Resorts: "A quick note on Hawaii: We once again have resort options in Hawaii! However, all our Hawaii resorts currently do charge upgrade fees. Even after the upgrade fees, you'll typically save about 50% off booking the same resorts elsewhere. Our Hawaii resorts start at about $150/night (including all taxes, fees, & upgrade fees) for resorts that normally book at over $300/night total. Total savings for 7 nights on our Hawaii resort typically range from $1,000 to $3,000."

But rest assured, our number one priority is to take care of our customers! If you're not satisfied, we're more than happy to process a refund for you under our 60-Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We'll reach out to you directly to make sure you're 100% taken care of! 😀

We've heard of that happening on other voucher programs, so we've gone to great lengths to make sure that doesn't happen on our program. We actually periodically check every single resort we offer against other sites like Expedia to make sure that you really are getting a phenomenal deal. So if you found any resorts that you could book cheaper elsewhere, we'd really like to know which ones they were so we can dig into it further. It's extremely important to us that our customers really are getting a phenomenal deal when they book with their voucher. Most of our customers have been saving $500 to $1,500. But please know that if you're not satisfied, we do have a 60-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and we're more than happy to process a full refund for you. Phenomenal Service

When they say phenomenal service, they mean it. I was initially very unsure about this process. Orb.co went above and beyond to answer all my questions (and I had several). As I started this process just before COVID-19, I thought I was going to end up losing the voucher due to expiration as we were not able to travel at the time. Even after I gave up my dream vacation and fully believed I would be losing my money, Orb.co advocated on my behalf and now I have a new vacation to look forward to. It almost feels like the person behind the screen knew me because they were so personable and worked so hard on my behalf. They did everything in their ability to make sure I left a happy customer (which I did). They say they love their customers and I believe it. It is hard to find customer service that exceeds expectations. Orb.co does just that. Thank you!

Amazing customer support!

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful! I went to Orlando with the voucher from the last program and now I've just booked a 2-week vacation to Las Vegas! Aaron is fantastic, his care and patience are beyond the expected. I am thankful that the new program was released, anyone should definitely join the waitlist for when new vouchers come up!!

So far so good

So far so good. I ordered the canvas with vacation voucher around April and held on to it. I ordered the canvas almost a week ago and it was delivered today. It looks amazing. I still haven’t chosen a vacation destination yet but will be soon. I love the canvas and the response time from orb.co’s team was quick. As long as my vacation voucher plays out like the rest of my experience, I’ll be a happy camper.

I cannot get ahold of ORB

I cannot get ahold of ORB, or get My Canvas painting they promised Me! I have been patiently waiting due to covid Yada Yada Yada, nothing. Bought it back in Summer of last year! I even emailed them just now, and it came back unable to send, address not found. I'm SO PISSED. I wanted to take My ailing wife to Hawaii next year. Went to Hawaii with the voucher program

Went to Hawaii with the voucher program i bought last year and everything worked out smoothly. Was obviously a bit hesitant at first but the customer service agent answered all of my questions. I even contacted the hotel to confirm reservation. They are legit!

It’s here!

I received my canvas today and it is even more beautiful in person! I ordered it Sunday afternoon and received it today (Wednesday) afternoon. Super quick turn around time! I honestly did not expect it that fast so I was so happy when it arrived! The customer service was phenomenal- Aaron was very responsive and reassuring. I don’t normally do offers like this when I see them online because I’m always worried it’s a scam. But so far everything has been just as they said! I’m excited for the new program to get built so we can take our trip! Thanks for the amazing picture Orb.co!

Absolutly amazing offer.I was sceptical at first, but decided to go for it. Got the most beautiful piece of art for my mother as a birthday present, and them had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in the beautiful Smoky mountains Gatlinburg, TN for a fraction of the cost that a vacation like this would normally. I highly this offer. You cannot lose!

Amazing product, staff, and experience. Would 100% recommend to others.

My experience with Orb.co was not only easy, but also enjoyable. I submitted a low quality iPhone photo of my cats to be printed on a 2’ x 3’ custom canvas, and I was shocked and amazed at how beautiful the final product turned out.

Aaron worked with me every step of the way—he took the time to improve the quality of the photo so it was suitable for print and made sure I was happy with every last detail before actually printing it. He did all this without me even asking. He was extremely communicative, professional, and friendly. Now that I have the print in my possession, I couldn’t be more stoked, and the cats are proud as heck. I would recommend this service to anyone, and definitely plan to use it again for my favorite photos in the future.
