I had a warranty claim regarding an expanding Dewalt brand garden hose. Customer service was friendly and prompt with no hassle making the claim happen. It was much appreciated.
My order was lost by the shipper. (It probably appeared in a 1959 episode of 'The Twilight Zone.') OrbitOnline replaced it without a hassle.

There was a point she needed to see the technical errors so we went realtime video and saw what I saw that product was malfunctioning. I am happy to say the product was replaced with easy and re-installed to working condition. I am very happy with the results!

Great warranty and customer service.
This was actually a warranty issue with my 12 zone Bhyve. It had quit working. I went to the website and followed all the trouble shooting and it still would not work. (It had a 'No AC' error) I then contacted customer support. after a discussion and taking a picture of my unit the support person gave me a code to warrty the controller. I was surprised and am very greatful for the warranty and the customer service. Two of my neighbors have bought Bhyve's and love them.
